This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

We love staying at Emerald Isle and this year did not disappoint. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, with nice amenities. Helen was very responsive and helpful.

Needed more cleaning, bedrooms were covered in dust. Dirty rugs and pillows. The balcony was amazing, very large and enough chairs for everyone. All bed pillows needs to be replace. I actually went to Walmart and bought more for us.

Accurate description of property

Good property, comfortable and spacious, beachfront balcony so can watch kids at pool and on beach. Only negative is "security" ladies around the pool are obnoxious and very rude - both with adults and older children. They try to change rules and make their own. All should be replaced with folks with common sense and manners.

Fall Break

Everything was exactly as described. Cleanliness was top notch. We had the best balcony on the beach with a view of dolphins every morning and afternoon. Can see the pier at Pier Park from the balcony, so just a few minutes drive away. Comfy beds, fast elevators, steps to the beach, great views and communication with Helen was 10 stars.

Very nice, clean and updated condo. Helen was responsive to any questions we had in a timely manner. Very little wait time for elevators. Beach service was great and the beach was not overly crowded.

Loved having high top table and chairs that enabled us to see over the rail. That has become a must for us in a property. Bathrooms, each with stand up showers weregreat. There was no mention of hair dryer in listing, so brought my own, but there was one. Would like to have known in advance. Emerald Isle is a great property and #502 is a nice unit.

Great Place on the Beach

We really enjoyed this condo. It was exactly as it was described. The pictures do not do the deck justice. It's very large and we spend a lot of time out there. We saw beautiful sunsets and I could see my teenagers at the pool and on the beach so it was very relaxing not to have to worry about them at all!! The beds were comfy, and the showers were huge! I would definitely recommend. Oh and there is a yummy seafood restaurant right across the street! That was also very good!

Great condo!

Condo was just as listed. Spacious for our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable. Check in process was easy. Helen was great to work with and always available. We heard all good things about her while checking in and would definitely book with her again. We had a great time!

Perfect Condo

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was amazing. It was comfortable and clean. The beds feel like your sleeping on a cloud. The patio was perfectly furnished, and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Everything we needed to have a pleasant stay was available to us.

Quiet location, clean facility

This condo is our favorite in PCB. Location is close to all the happenings but on the out skirts that’s quieter. Hellen was great to stay in touch with! Beds we’re comfortable, just an all around great facility.

Traveling from Speedway, IN

We had a GREAT time! Property is exactly as listed. The property manager (Helen) was super quick to respond & answer a couple of our questions. We normally stay at the Tropic Winds which is comparable to The Emerald Isle. But the EI has better (bigger) parking spots. Speaking of parking...do not leave bikes in the parking garage. Ours were stolen the first night. They cut our bike lock attached to our vehicle on the main garage level, which means they were they were just looking for bikes and thankfully not vandalizing vehicles. This is just an FYI and does not deter us from vacationing here again. Thanks again Helen!

Great for families

We loved our stay, the unit was so beautifully decorated and comfy. We felt right at home, we had everything we needed and such an easy access to beach! Def will stay again.

Girl’s trip

So much potential. The cleanliness was less than desired. There was food on the outside tables and chairs and the patio itself. The bed linens were stained and dirty ; therefore the cleaning crew dropped off a new comforter (no blanket) the day of complaint. I dropped something and when I retrieved it from underneath the bed, there was so much dirt and medication tablets. The bath towels were so thin and the rugs were dingy. The attendant that put out the beach chairs was very nice and we didn’t have any problems with parking.
