The wife and I have stayed in a lot rooms in our avenues around different places. But this room was one of the best that we had the pleasure staying in. It was the cleanest and up to date and well maintained. Starting with the owners and there welcoming. They make it easy checking in and out. All the little extra touches. Felt welcome once you walk in the door.

The check-in process was seamless. The owners were excellent at communicating and wanted to make sure we had all we needed. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need for your stay and very clean. The location is perfect. We will be staying again. Thank you Bill and Joanne for sharing your home with us!

Emerald Pearl PCB

By far the best condo we have ever rented. Very clean, beautifully decorated and the perfect location. Owners were on top of communication, reaching out several times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Beach Stay

Perfect beach front condo. Extremely well thought out condo. Owners obviously furnished condo as if they were the guests. Extra touches such as quality beach towels, extra beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc. Furniture and kitchen accessories all above what is normally found in a short term rental. If you stay multiple days consider a late afternoon early evening beach visit as the crowds during our visit mostly cleared out by 4:00 pm. Would definitely recommend!

We Loved the condo! It was beautiful. The little things make a big difference, selection of coffee and tea, snack basket, parking spot under the building near elevators. There are too many to list. Spent a lot of time on the patio watching and listening to the sounds of the Ovean.

The best condo we have rented!

The condo is exactly as pictured or even better. It was very clean and had all of the essentials and even extras. They had a closet that had beach toys, a wagon, a pack n play and much more! It was so nice to be able to show up with our kids and have everything we needed. Bill was an amazing host and was in contact often and available 24/7 if we needed anything. The view was amazing and the patio furniture was clean and comfortable. We loved staying here and will definitely be renting again for our next family vacation!

Bill and Joanne are hands on owners and have seen to every comfort. They are very eager and easy to work with. The Emerald Pearl is painted with lovely, fresh and beachy colors. Great detail to decorations. Kitchen is well stocked, even spices, coffee and tea. The king adjustable beds were nice and comfortable. We will be back next year at the Emerald Pearl.

October 2024 Vacation

The Condo was amazing, most beautiful view. Love the amenities, sauna,hot tub, and pools were great. Gym needs a little work. Bill and Joanne were great host and stayed in contact. Beds and pillows were too firm for my liking though. Overall, wonderful vacation.

Beautiful view!

There were 4 of us in our group and we loved this condo. We all visit PCB a lot and this has been the best condo we have stayed in. We watched the dolphins every day from the balcony. Bill and Joanne have stocked their condo with everything you could need for a nice beach vacation! Bill and Joanne are hands on owners and will answer any questions at any time of the day.

Five star hosts & condo experience!

The Stewarts are amazing owners who graciously share their love of PCB with their guests! We were amazed with all of the thoughtful “extras” they include with the rental. (Wagon, nice beach chairs, owner parking, assigned chairs and umbrella, snacks, coffee, welcome gift, and the list goes on) The location was great for us being in the less populated area with amazing balcony views. Will absolutely recommend and hope to return sooner than later!!

Well thought out

Everything about this property is so well thought out. From the check-in process to the items included in the unit, they’ve really given the guest experience a lot of thought. We loved the extra touches, like the welcome gift, the snacks and the adjustable beds. The checkout process was so easy as well! Beautiful views, amazing beach, and wonderful property.

This is one of the best condos! Owners went above and beyond w amenities. USB chargers everywhere, plenty of towels, shoe racks by the door, coffee, tea, snacks, cookware… anything I needed was already there! Loved the eyeglass cleaning kits! Fabulous views. 5/5.

Beautiful condo with amazing deck & ocean views

We’ve stayed at several condos in PCB & we think this one is the best! Bill & Joanne were great hosts. This is the first one we’ve stayed at that wasn’t managed by a big company & the personal touch they gave was great. They were very responsive to any of the questions we had. The condo was very clean & had many amenities the others places didn’t have, like extra beach chairs in addition to the front row resort chairs. The kitchen was so nice & well-stocked we ended up cooking in all but one night. Another really nice thing was that both bedrooms had king beds. But our favorite thing was the large end-unit deck with amazing views! We’ll be back!

Excellent rental property! Unit is on the end with view of beach and sunsets! The condo is absolutely perfect! Very clean and beautifully decorated! The condo is beach side, which is very helpful with little ones! Joanne and Bill put in the effort with lots of extras! A pleasant surprise!

Beautiful Condo

Condo as described. Very charming with beach decor. Hosts very attentive. Had everything needed for a day on the beach from a wagon, chairs, floaties and beach towels. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Great place and comfortable stay

The property is exactly as listed. It was very clean, check-in process was smooth, excellent communication with the owners. Location is great with grocery stores and restaurants near by. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

Awesome Condo!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The condo was just as pictured. Very clean and loaded with extras like coffee bar, snacks, usb ports everywhere, and large screen tvs in every room. Both bedrooms have adjustable beds! They have very nice, thick bath towels and wash cloths, as well as extra amenities in the bathrooms. You have a reserved parking space which is great. The hosts, Bill and Joanne, are nice, friendly, and very attentive if you need to contact them. We have been coming to Emerald Isle for years and this is by far one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We will definitely start staying at this condo from now on whenever it is available.

We came down for our fist time during the winter of 2022. We live in Michigan. A few days after we left, Michigan had a huge snowstorm with 13" of snow in one day. We drove down during the snowstorm. What should have taken us 5 hours to our first stop ended up taking us 10 hours because of the roads. But we took our time and kept going. Once we got down to PCB, and we looked out at the beautiful emerald waters, and saw the miles and miles of sugar sand beaches in front of us instead of the snow, we were sold. We no longer wanted to deal with those cold, gray Michigan winters.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with PCB the first time we came here in February 2022. We usually go to southern Florida but had heard about the panhandle and PCB and wanted to give it a try. Oh my gosh....the first time we saw those emerald green waters we were in awe. We have seen many beaches before but none of them like these. The beaches were so beautiful. We could walk for miles along the beach, stop at restauants along the way, hunt for seashells, go shopping, go to the pier and see dolphins and sea turtles. What was not to love. We wanted to share our experience with our family and friends. So we took the plunge and purchased our first condo so others could enjoy the amazing PCB just like we did.
