The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a gas hob, 1 sink, Coffee machine (Nespresso/filter coffee maker), kettle.
The cellar has a fridge, a washing machine.

Linen is provided for minimum stays of 7 nights.
A cleaning fee is mandatory: 150 euros for short stays and 200 euros for stays of more than 7 nights.

Rates vary according to the season: Off-season basis 1,925 euros per week and High season 2,730 euros. The tourist tax is to be calculated at the time of booking, it is applicable throughout the year.
