**Renovated with care and lovingly decorated, this apartment's features are:**

- A cozy living room with a REAL sofa-bed fitted with a REAL 18 cm memory mattress (not a cheap spongy foam layer from a budget bedding store) so you can have a REAL restful time (either full night or nap), a coffee table and a smart TV.

- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need during your stay, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as a bar counter and high stools for 4 people.

- A bedroom with a queen size bed with a top-notch mattress as well, and a large dressing space.

- A beautiful bathroom with shower and as a bonus some exquisite tile work.

- Separate toilets, to avoid any potential waiting time (and you may be glad they are separate...)

**APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**

- Prime location in the heart of Cannes' “Golden Square”: a few steps from the beaches, gourmet restaurants, the famous upscale Rue d'Antibes and the Palais des Congrès.
- Air conditioning in the whole apartment.
- Double-pane windows for optimal comfort and calm. (Yes, REAL double-pane.)
- Wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

**AND AS A BONUS**

- All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available).

**Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**

- A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Notre Dame, you will be able to devote yourself to the following activities, located within a couple of minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

- Empty your bank account in the upscale boutiques on the Rue d’Antibes. (1 minute to get there, more to empty your account, depending on its size...)

- Feast on fine pastries, cocktails and/or gourmet meals in the restaurant of your choice in the nearby Rue Hoche. (2 minutes away to get there, feasting time varies.)

- Take a relaxing stroll along the famous Croisette. (1 minute away.)

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work if you are here for a trade show). (1 minute away.)

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Time is up to you and your legs.)

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
