This new home has unobstructed big lake views from every room in the house. It comfortably sleeps 12 people and has just been decorated with new furnishings throughout. There are many spaces to hang out and relax; including a sunroom with couch and dining table, two family rooms, two open air porches and chair around the fire pit. Lake activities include a dock with boat slip, with 1 available jet ski lift, shallow water for wading and playing, deep water for fishing and swimming and 2 kayaks with rental. Take out the kayaks a paddle around the beautiful lake. Put out the floating swim dock and have an extra swim to spot.

In addition to the lake activities, guests can hang out at the fire pit, play ping pong, play corn hole, play board games or swing or rock on the porches. The neighborhood is lovely with plenty of walking or running routes.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on two levels comfortably sleeping 12 in real beds. The main level master has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4). The second master has a queen bed with private bath and a 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4).

The house is located in a neighborhood with mostly new homes. Grocery stores and many other services are conveniently located in West Union, about an 8 minute drive. Home Depot, Walmart and additional Services are located in Seneca, about a 15 minute drive.

Kayaks and several life vests are available for your use at no extra fee. The float swim dock can be used as well.
