This 4 bedroom home is furnished to make your stay feel comfortable and easy. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, 1 queen bed and a bunk bed in the Lakeview room, 1 queen bed in the cove view room and 1 queen bed in the loft. The living room is spacious with vaulted ceilings, a large cozy sectional couch and additional club chairs for lounging and taking in the lake views. We have a puzzle/activity table behind the sofa with 2 stools for that vacation chill time. The kitchen is very well equipped and has tons of counter space with an oversized island and additional coffee/beverage bar. There is a drip coffee pot, Kitchenaid air fryer/toaster oven, extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage and dishwasher. Two ovens and gas range make it a great place to cook or reheat any meal! There are 6 seats at the breakfast table, 4 counter stools and 8 seats at the dining table. Everyone can have a place for meals! There is also a 4 person table on the covered porch and 4 person table on the stationary dock with umbrella.

2 Full bathrooms plus a half bath are equipped with bath towels and hand towels for your convenience and are all on the main level. The primary bath has a tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a shower. There is also a powder bath located just off the kitchen. An additional TV room is located in the basement area just down the spiral stairs through the laundry room. This is a cozy 2nd living area and great place for kids to play or have a movie night. A ping pong table is also in the basement for those competitive at heart.

The backyard of Green Point Villa is the highlight of this property. There is over 160 feet of water frontage and expansive water views of beautiful Lake Keowee. The dock has deep, clear water with a new ladder and 4 chairs to sit and watch the world go by. We have 4 kayaks available to use including 1 double kayak. The lawn area is also a nice large play space and has a sunken firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs on one side. This is a favorite spot when the sun is setting and you are ready to relax. The back deck is equipped with a sectional and 4 person dining table, plus a charcoal grill and retractable gate across the stairs for small child safety as needed. The walk down to the water is just a few steps and very gentle slope. Additional lighting is also on the walkway to make it usable anytime of day!

The house is 25 min to Clemson university, 15 min from grocery/restaurants and shopping in Seneca and a boat ride across the main channel to the Lighthouse restaurant and marina. Come and enjoy all that Lake Keowee has to offer!! Find us on Instagram @greenpointvilla
