Easy beach access across the street and over the dunes, where you can spend the day relaxing or enjoy a fire on the beach while watching the sunset during the evening. Close drive to downtown historic Milton, Lewes and Rehoboth. Enjoy the many decks and screened porches, while you escape from the stress of everyday life. A true get away!

This home features a reverse living floor plan, with upper floor living to enjoy the magnificent views. The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with full private bath and direct access to fully screened in porch. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, each with a twin over full bunk bed set and access to the front porch. The hall bathroom is spacious with a full capacity washer/dryer combination.

The second floor has an open concept living area with dining, kitchen and living area open to a large screened in porch with views of Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. The kitchen is fully equipped with LG appliances, and a beverage fridge. The living area has a gas fireplace to enjoy on chilly evenings. The dining area has a table expands to fit 8, along with 5 seats at the island. In addition to the main living area there is a second master bedroom with queen bed, across the hall is a full bath with a tub. This additional bedroom has direct access to a front porch with views of the Delaware Bay.

The top floor is the loft with balcony. The loft has a game table, high definition TV, and queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the most magnificent panoramic views of the Delaware Bay, the Lewes Lighthouse, and Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge.

We do have a ring camera mounted on the piling under the house observing the driveway and stairway.
