STAY IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE at HALF MOON CABIN! 2 Bedroom 1 Bath open floor plan overlooking the Village of Suttons Bay; walking distance to the beach (1 block), restaurants, shopping and recreation (tennis and bike trails). Amenities include WiFi and cable tv. Two bedrooms: one with Queen bed, one with twin beds. One bath with tub/shower combination. Updated fully equipped kitchen. Half Moon cabin has access to the coin laundry area in the building also. This unit is next door to The Loft #2227882 which is in the same building and next door to Cabin in the Village #2227776, take them all to accommodate a large group. This apartment has sleeping for 4 but we will allow up to 6 guests in here upon approval. Guests will need to bring an airbed to accommodate the 5th and 6th guests. Walk out your door and down the steps and you are on the sidewalks of downtown Suttons Bay, excellent shopping and restaurants just steps away. Movie theater and ice cream right there too! Guests love to walk down to the Suttons Bay Marina and rent kayaks or bikes. Tart trail (paved bike trail over 30 miles worth) is right there for you. Gorgeous sand beach with playground and all pet friendly.
Within steps of the park with tennis and basketball, right next door! Within 2 blocks of Suttons Bay marina and park and gorgeous sand beach with kayak rentals! If you wish to bring your boat you can rent a slip at the marina and be only a block away from your boat.
Main floor has a full kitchen with dining set. Living room with windows such as the “half moon” window, over looking “the strip” of Suttons Bay downtown.
Cute outdoor patio for dining out elevated adjacent to this rental, enjoy a glass of wine from one of the 12 local wineries or enjoy some food from some of the many local restaurants just steps away.
WIFI and air conditioning! Pets are welcome for a fee. Linens included and laundered on high heat, bring your own paper products.
This rental is just 4 miles away from Leelanau Club at Bahle Farms golf course and 15 miles away from Manitou Passage golf course in Cedar MI.
In back of the cabins there is a park with tennis and basketball. Don't forget your rackets and ball!
Extreme care is taken when cleaning the property and surrounding area. Additional deep cleaning is conducted to commonly touched surfaces, and precautions are taken to ensure your health and safety.

Location and apartment was great! We enjoyed exploring Suttons Bay, Leland, Northport and Grand Traverse Lighthouse. The apartment had everything we needed for our family and could walk to the beach. We also visited the sport park behind the house to walk our dog multiple times a day. We would definitely stay again and explore more of the beautiful Leelanau Peninsula.

We were in Sutton’s Bay for our annual family vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and bright. Great location. Excellent place to explore from. Check- in was seamless and communication quick and easy. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Clean, easy to use kitchen. The private parking space was a nice touch as well. No problem recommending Half Moon to others. We may return ourselves next summer.

Great location Great property

We stayed at Half Moon for 3 nights for 4 days that the location is perfect! It is close to everything. The apartment is very spacious, clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. We will be staying here again!

Great location and very clean!!

We enjoyed being able to walk downstairs and be right downtown! It was a little difficult to locate at first, but we figured it out! Property was very clean and well kept! The bathroom was a little small and tub could use some work, but those are the only “negatives” I can think of. Overall a great place!!

Carol was available and we even got to meet her. The location was great for us spending our time on the west side of Leelanau county. My only suggestion would be to put a new shower tub in. Will stay again!

You should stay here!

Do yourself a favor and book this spot in the most perfect location in town. Caryl keeps this sweet, simple, and cozy place clean, and was responsive and easy to coordinate with.

Excellent Stay

My family of four (2 kids under 10) spent a week in this very nice apartment. If you’ve never been to Suttons Bay, this place is the perfect home base. Close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores, plus close to practically everything you could want in the area (Traverse City, Fish Town, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear, Northport, wineries, etc,) The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is plenty quiet at night even though it’s directly on the main street. We would definitely stay here again.

A great spacious location in the heart of Suttons Bay. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, and the beach. The space was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay, with great views of the town. Would definitely stay here again!

Suttons Bay Main Street Apartment

Carol was a great host - responsive and effective. The property was functional and clean. Twin beds were short - granted, we are a tall family. The gorgeous public beach is a five minute walk if you dawdle. Main Street is quiet by 9:30 pm so no problem with noise. Great summer rental!
