One of only four Suites, largest 1 bedroom units in the building. Located in the heart of South Beach. This is the best value for money as it is in the ideal location. Spacious (490 sqft. / 45.5 m2) It is in the very dynamic center of South Beach, it is close to all the spaces and attractions to visit. Free unlimited High speed WIFI. 2 Smart TV's. Perfect apartment for couples or families of 4. But 5 adults can sleep (max 5 Adults ) Children are welcome, they are be accompanied by at least 1 parent or legal guardian. We do not have a baby bed available, children will sleep in standard adult beds. Safe building 24hours surveillance.
You have the possibility if you request, to early bag drop, you can to store your luggage at the reception a few hours before check in (3pm) time to entry into the unit and a few hours after your check out (11am).(additional charges may apply. You must warn us before).

Also 15 mn Taxi from Miami Airport is $35 fixed price to the apartment. The unit is centrally located to walk to many locations. Uber and Lyft service App you can used.
PS: Guest will have access to a private unit inside the Hotel, PLEASE Do not ask the front desk or any hotel employee for maid service, extra towels, toiletries or beach towels, they will NOT honor your request. If anything needs attention please contact me. If you need extra cleaning or extra towels or linen changed you must be know they have additional charge because we respect the people in charge of cleaning the space of this host, they receive a base salary and we support the commitment of living wage.
