The space:
Light, contemporary apartment. One generous master bedroom with queen bed and en suite with large shower. Second bedroom with two twin beds. Brand new separate bathroom with a bath/shower. Open plan dining room and lounge with a comfy sofa bed. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a washing machine & dryer. This property is equipped for 5 adults any additional guest there is a fee of $60.00

Neighbourhood description:
Besides the beach nearby, there are lots of restaurants, parks, outdoor gyms and playgrounds all within walking distance as well as shops and supermarkets. After enjoying the art deco buildings, beach, bustle, and the nightlife of Ocean Grove, walking along the promenade to South Pointe Park to see the boats and cruise liners is a must.

If you have children and want a change of scenery, Jungle Island is fantastic, only a 10 min drive away. You can hold Macaws, baby Alligators and monkeys. The Miami Zoo is 35min away. It is the only sub-tropical zoo in the US which means you get to see a wide variety of animals from Asia, Africa and Australia.

"SoFi” – the enclave South of Fifth Street in which this apartment is located –is a vibrant destination in its own right. Some locals who have discovered SoFi actually gave up their landlocked houses to purchase condos in the clouds along with wealthy business people and more than a few big-name celebrities who have first- and second-homes here.

Getting around:
Everything you need in Miami Beach is within walking distance. If you have shopping to carry, are in a rush or have little ones, then there is a FREE trolley service (miamibeachtrolley.com), several Bus lines and regular taxis as well as Uber and Lift.
