Cozy cabin tucked in the woods less than 5 miles from Willow Grove Marina.

Great home at the end of a dead end road tucked away in the woods and joins Corp of Engineers boundary line, makes for a perfect peaceful and relaxing getaway. Take a walk out the back yard to view Dale Hollow Lake like never seen before. Two bedrooms plus a loft all with queen size beds, and one full bathroom all on the main floor with hardwood flooring and railing throughout. Newly finished basement that has additional living room, one bedroom with a full size bed and another full bathroom. Spacious gaming area with TV and shuffleboard table and plenty of room for air mattresses. Great front porch for overlooking the pasture and mountains and back porch great for grilling with seasonal wooded lake views. Very little to no traffic makes it great for the kids to be able to ride their bikes skateboard or just take walks and enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy a nice bonfire in the fire pit out back after a great day on the lake. U-shaped driveway all the way around the house makes for plenty of parking for all of your toys.

David was a great host and very accommodating. Had great suggestion of local food and an awesome place to stay that was clean and had room 6 of us with 3 boats!

Family Lake Trip

Property was easy to get to, very peaceful and quiet. Clean property, great beds, kitchen had everything needed to cook. Very easy to get to lake. Host very accommodating. Would recommend to friends for a stay and we would look at staying again in the future.

We, a group of 8 women, had a fabulous time. The house is very homey, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Dave was a great host, friendly and informative. About a 15 min drive to Willow Grove. We would definitely stay again!

Dale Hollow Lake vacay

The property is beautiful, we loved the porches and the outside sitting area. We had a rain day and everyone enjoyed the front porch for games and reading. Very well equipped with what you need. Less than 10 minutes to WIllow Grove Marina where we had rented a boat. This is our second time staying here.

Family Vacation/fishing @ Dale Hollow

The place had a feel of a home away from home. It was furnished with everything that we need. It was very clean and cozy. The driveway was perfect if you’re pulling a boat, lots of space for other vehicles as well. Our host, Dave was just amazing! He was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. He was also flexible with check in time and we are extremely happy for that. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Dale Hollow to stay if it’s available.

Amazing Home - A Must Return Experience

Where to begin?! This home was the perfect family retreat home. It has everything to bring the family together and room for every one to enjoy their individual activities, inside and out. The wrap around driveway allowed parking for everyone without playing musical cars when someone left. We brought a 21’ bass boat and three vehicles. We could pull the boat all the way around without moving cars. There was a wonderful area by the garage with a first class charcoal-smoker/gas grill. Cooks really well. Sitting area with lights to catch up with family and tell tales. A huge fire pit to gather around with plenty of wood ready to go. A swing set for smaller kids, room for multiple cornhole games to play at once, and porches on the front and back of the home to enjoy and supervise the activity, even if you don’t participate. The home is on a dead end street. No traffic flying by to worry about. Perfect for any and all ages. Then there is inside. Nice kitchen, big stove and stainless refrigerator. Big enough to store all the food and beverages you will ever need. Plenty of seating, gaming area downstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, table/chairs, and my families new favorite game….shuffleboard. Satellite television, great WiFi. Bedrooms are spacious and the entire property is beautifully decorated to relax the soul and take your mind off your worries and stress. I can’t say enough about this property. I would definitely recommend it to any and everyone. I know we will go back, probably real soon.

Great place near Dale Hollow

Found this property by luck during a busy season. The owner David is very accommodating and wants to make sure you have everything you need. Plenty of room for your fishing boat or pontoon with a large U shape driveway. The home is near the end of dead end road so very quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated and had plenty of room for our group.
