COTTAGE AT EAGLE CREEK, SLEEPS 10-12 , LAKE VIEW

Only 5 minutes and 2.5 miles to Sunset Marina! Come relax at the newly renovated Cottage at Eagle Creek. Everyone can have their own space with 3 levels. There's a bedroom and bath on every level. Top level has private bath and picture window overlooking the lake. The main level has a bedroom, full bath, kitchen and dining and living room. And the basement has another private bedroom and bath with built in bunk beds (2 Queens, 2 Twins) that are non private.

There is a nice big new covered deck with ceiling fans to enjoy the view of Eagle Creek with seating and a propane grill. The back yard is a nice size with a fire pit for roasting hot dogs and gatherings.

The kitchen is fully stocked for almost anything you can think of to cook.
Linens and towels are provided. The property is 2.5 ac so there is plenty of yard to play in. Just bring your family and make some memories!

Highly recommend. Property & house was as expected & shown in the pictures on the site & sent in addition upon request. We really enjoyed the large deck & the fire pit area. We have a very large truck & pontoon that was a tight fit but we knew it going in & made it work with the nice long driveway. Sunset Marina is very close. House and property were very nice & clean. Owner was very nice & easy to work with. Communication was spot on. Would definitely stay here again.

This place does not do its justice from the pictures! It was even better than expected! We all loved staying at the house! We loved that there was kitchen utensils and pot and pans that we could use! Great place for a family to stay!

Lake Trip

House was stocked with everything that would have been needed for a lake trip. Enjoyed the back deck view of the lake in the morning and evenings. Very short drive to gas station and Sunset Marina. 2 refrigerators was also a plus!

Such a beautiful cabin. We stayed here 4 years ago and it has since been upgraded. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. The only thing i would say is the main level bed is terribly uncomfortable, the springs in the mattress feel like they are coming through. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot with easy lake access

Clean, as advertised, easy access to boat ramps. Only complaint was the driveway area. It does have a circle drive, but you can't make the turn with a full-size pickup and 21' boat. The only reason I say anything about this was I ask specifically and was told that there was plenty of room. Very close to Sunset Marina which has several boat ramps. Contacted host about a water leak and it was fixed promptly with no worries. All in all a very nice stay and home. Thank you

Fantastic fishing trip!

We have stayed here before and i must say that the renovations are awesome! From the concrete addition in the driveway to the covered back porch to the built-in bunkbeds. Excellent! We also appreciated the second refrigerator on the lower level. We plan to stay here again!

Needed rest and relaxation

The house was more amazing than expected! Plenty of room for everyone. The lake view was unexpected. The deck was a great place for coffee and take in the view!

Dale Hallow stay

Perfect location at the perfect lake. My family of 5 (kids 11,10,7) and my brother’s family of 4 (kids 7,4) had plenty of room. The downstairs was perfect for all the kids! It has 2 sets of bunk beds with full size (maybe queen) beds on the bottom, a large TV, and foosball table with ample room. The deck overlooking the lake looked new and was the perfect spot to sit and relax. Theresa was very responsive and the house was clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pictures on VRBO aren’t an accurate representation of this house, it’s much nicer with a lot of updates. We can’t wait to come back and see the other updates I’m sure are planned!

Annual Family Dale Hollow vacation

Fantastic! We had another great week at Dale Hollow with the family. The house was great! Close to the marina, space for us to play games and be together as a family. One piece was the third bedroom did not have a door and mattresses on the bunk beds and downstairs bedroom sunk.

Great place for the entire family

Excellent place to accommodate adults, teens and toddlers. Within a 1.5 miles from Sunset Marina. Excellent communication with the owners who provided information instantly when asked the water boil issue.
