We propose to you with the hiring, in Marseilles, this charming apartment within a protected Haussmannian building, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers as well as a baby. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The apartment with a beautiful height under ceiling is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with connected TV, Wifi (optical fiber), double sofa bed (new) and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with Italian shower (soap and shampoo available).
- A separate toilet.

The apartment is ideally located in the hypercenter of Marseille, in a very pleasant environment near the passage of Lorette leading to the district of the Panier, the historical district of Marseille. The building is located 500 meters from the Old Port, its market hall and the departure of the shuttle bus to the Frioul Islands. The tramway serves the Joliette district and the terraces of the port, the trendy district of Marseille as well as the Euromed business district. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Founded by the Phoceans, Marseille is the oldest city in France! Also marked by the passage of the Romans, the city then developed, by a true mixing of culture, all around its Old Port protected by its two forts, Saint-Nicolas and Saint-Jean. The Old Port is a must-see place to soak up the atmosphere of its fish market and its lively quays, especially during the evenings of the soccer matches of the city's team, the Olympique de Marseille. This place is also the occasion to taste the famous local specialty, the bouillabaisse. The famous street, the Canebière, is also very popular in the city.
- The picturesque Panier district contains typical high houses with colorful facades and hanging laundry. Pretty and old signs adorn some of the facades. The Vieille Charité, a hospice which today houses the Mediterranean Archaeology Museum and the African, Oceanic and Amerindian Arts Museum, and the Hôtel Dieu are beautiful buildings in Old Marseille.
- The city's fine arts museum is located in the sumptuous Longchamp Palace. Greek and Roman vestiges can be discovered in the garden of the Vestiges.
- Visit of the MUCEM: Museum of Civilizations of Europe and the Mediterranean, an internationally renowned museum inaugurated in 2013 and making Marseille the European Capital of Culture.
- Built in the 19th century, the Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde Basilica overlooks the city from 162 meters. From its square, the view on Marseille and its surroundings is panoramic!
