Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Le Barcarès, this charming apartment renovated in 2022 with sight sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony from which you will enjoy the sea air. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A sea view balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A garden shared with the other residents of about 50 m².
- The residence has a petanque court.

For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, fan.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Tourist sites : Perpignan (the capital of Roussillon), Canet-en-Roussillon (seaside resort), Port-Barcarès,(seaside resort), Argelès-sur-mer, Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast)...
- Sporting activities : various nautical activities, petanque, tennis, hiking, boat trips...
- Cultural visits : the fortress of Salses (jewel of Spanish military architecture)
- Gastronomic heritage: wine discoveries and tastings, the anchovy of Collioure, the apricot of Roussillon...
- Events: the firemen's ball, fireworks, various events during the summer season, open-air market twice a week...

- You will be able to park directly on the private numbered parking of the apartment.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates : 15€/double bed; 12€/single bed; 6€ kit 2 towels/person. The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
- A baby bed and a high chair can be provided by the concierge if needed, upon request.
