20m from the Vendée Globe channel, in the popular district of La Chaume, the cradle of the city, between ports and beaches, town centre and wild coast, it is the ideal place for a pleasant stay in Les Sables d'Olonne with friends or family.
From the house, you can do everything on foot.
The accommodations are rated 3 stars by the tourist office.

The accommodation
60m² house for 4 to 5 people (5th person, child, on request)
OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

On the first floor.
Glass entrance opening onto a large open living room with a large equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave grill, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, filter coffee makers and pods ...), dining area, living room with sofa, armchairs and television.

Outside.
The sunny courtyard with wooden terrace and teak garden furniture allows you to take meals, and accesses a cobbled alley typical of La Chaume.

Upstairs.
Two pretty bedrooms with large beds of 140 and dressing room equipped with ceiling fans.
Available:
An extra bed on request for a 5th person (child) in the large bedroom (80/200 floor mattress), cot and high chair.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, a shower cubicle, a heated towel rail and a washing machine.
Separate toilet.

Traveler access
Parking is easy and free in the street and the parking lot of the Port Olona Harbour Master's Office in the immediate vicinity.
SNCF train station 25 minutes walk.

Quick access to the ferryman (sea shuttle) to go to the large beach, seawater swimming pool of the embankment and to the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.

PARACOU, Ombret basin in 30 minutes

Numerous cycle paths allow you to discover the Côte Sauvage, the beaches of Paracou and Sauveterre, the forest and the marshes.
