Cozy Apt Quite close to everything, plenty of parking for vehicles, watercraft.

This space is the bottom floor of our home. It is a separate living space from the top two floors of the home. The owners live upstairs so you may see them coming and going. The bottom floor is very roomy and located in the heart of beautiful Carolina Beach. Only 7 blocks to the beach and a walking path which is at the end of the driveway. Close to boat ramps, state parks, beaches and the Cape Fear River. Only persons on the reservation are allowed on the property, also there are no parties or events. There is a ring doorbell. Extra guest fee after 2 guests. Please book the space with the correct amount of guest. AC is remotely set using Ecobee.

Our stay here was great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable for us as well. We loved the covered patio outback. We would absolutely stay here again

Our entire stay and experience in Carolina Beach was awesome. Our stay was in a perfect location just a short drive or walk to the beach and boardwalk, the space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It was the perfect vacation. We appreciated every second and would stay again!

Perfect Cozy Space

This space is so clean and spacious! My best friend and I felt so comfortable and cozy in the bedrooms and living room. I watched the sunrise on the screened-in porch both mornings! Very perfect spot: walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, arcades, and more! I definitely recommend this place, and would stay again if I end up in Carolina Beach another time :)

Wonderful Place

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend . It’s close to everything you want to see and do , whether driving or walking. The host were great! We had no issues at all. It’s super clean and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!

Girls Trip

We enjoyed a wonderful extended weekend getaway for just the girls. The location was perfect, the neighborhood very quaint and quiet. Plenty of space for each of us. We loved that each room was equipped with plugs and chargers as well as mirrors. The apartment area was just as described by the hosts. Communication was great! We will definitely be returning.

Cute little place tucked away. It’s the perfect proximity to the boardwalk, grocery store, and any other amenities you may need. We walked effortlessly to a restaurant on the boardwalk thanks to paved walking path. The owners replied quickly to my messages. They were very accommodating when I requested an additional day. We’ve booked marked this place for future use!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our week long stay at Beach Lyfe! It was very comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities included. The unit is spacious, and in a great location with easy access to the beach, Trinity disc golf course at Good Hops Brewery, and many Carolina Beach restaurants and shops. The paved bike path is right out front, and it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Location, location, location

My friend and I had no idea what to expect when we arrived at this cozy little cottage only a mile from Carolina Beach. The owner provided special touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and just the right distance from the hectic atmosphere on the boardwalk. One example of the owner going above and beyond dealt with some beach towels. There weren’t any there, so we messaged them and they were hand delivered within 15 minutes. Because of my love for flowers, I had to take a picture of the sun, flowers, and the property I would recommend this property.

The property; and while it is 3 stories, we never heard any of the neighbors upstairs

a lovely getaway!

this is such a beautiful property. close enough to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants while still allowing you to lay your head down in a quiet neighborhood at night. hosts are incredibly communicative and responsive. they made everything easy to understand and check-in/check-out was smooth. I recommend staying here! plenty of space, and the screen-in porch is an extra treat. thank you for your attentiveness!

Excellent place! We had such a lovely time. Things we appreciated: soundproofing - we didn’t hear a peep from the owners above, the screened in porch was a lovely space with a small waterfall, there were boogie boards for the kids and a cooler for our use, the hammocks in two of the rooms, the dehumidifier made things easy to dry, the hosts were attentive and responsive, and the walk to the beach was easy. We could have used more bowls/plates, one of the beds in in the bigger room were too firm for our liking and needed a topper, and the outdoor shower didn’t have a door so no privacy - just for rising off. None of these things would keep use from staying again.

Centrally located and close to it all, yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Cape Fear Blvd. makes it very easy to get around and the walking path.
