Unwind in the living room, where a large screen TV awaits with cable and internet streaming, ensuring endless entertainment options for your leisure. But the real outdoor oasis lies just beyond the threshold as you step onto your private patio. There, you'll find the perfect setting for outdoor dining, complete with comfortable loungers for relaxation and a cozy firepit to add warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings. And, of course, you can't resist indulging in refreshing cocktails by the sparkling 12X24 Saltwater pool, creating moments of pure bliss.

This cozy yet spacious cottage offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The master bedroom treats you to a king-size bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. The additional guest bathroom in the hall is equipped with a tub/shower combination and boasts updated and newly remodeled floors and fixtures, enhancing your overall comfort.

Convenience is at your fingertips, as your vacation home is ideally located close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local nightlife, making it effortless to explore and experience all that Tybee Island has to offer.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet-friendly home, but we ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs; please inquire for more information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s second visit to “Almost Heaven” in Tybee Island. We loved it so much the first time that we had to come back! It was everything they advertised. We loved the pool and the private fenced yard. For a cozy cottage the kitchen and living/dining area is very spacious and fully stocked. This year they added a wonderful side porch that we used every day, it’s a wonderful addition! We loved Tybee Island, it’s low key. We definitely hope to come again next year!

Our cottage was wonderful until it wasn't. Amid 90 degree weather, the AC decided to call it quits during the night. Management tried very hard to correct the issue and when it was obvious that there was not an immediate fix they offered a move to another rental. We love Tybee and this was an unfortunate experience, but it made for great storytelling when we returned home.Thankful for the kind follow up from Tybee Cottages.

The pool was refreshing with my only knock is that the pool was not clean when we checked in and cushions were not put out on the patio furniture. Small stuff - we will definitely stay there again.

First Tybee Island vacation

We had zero negatives with our stay at this house. The check-in and check-out process is simple and the house accommodated every need and want we had. We walked to the beach with a wagon most days and relaxed at the small pool at the house every day. If were to vacation at Tybee Island again, we'd have no reason to pick a different location.

Amazing beach cottage

We loved our stay at Almost Heaven. Everyone - three adults, one kid, one baby - LOVED the pool, the proximity to the beach (2 blocks), the super well stocked kitchen, and all the areas to hang out in. The house is an older cottage that seems to be well maintained with renovated kitchen and baths. We spent a lot of time on the lovely screened porch. Kitchen has all the equipment you may need for cooking and grilling. Just bring your own salt and pepper! Our dog loved going for walks in the adorable neighborhood. Overall, we loved it and we'd love to return next year.

Almost Heaven

We had a wonderful time staying at Almost Heaven! 2 blocks from the beach, Property was just as listed! Kitchen had all the necessary kitchen tools, pots and pans, plates, cups and glasses, etc. ! Towels were provided as noted on the listing! And we loved the pool! We will be back!

Great Home and Location

This was our first time vacationing at Tybee. We loved the house and pool. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Great places to eat. We'll definitely come back.

Wonderful stay

We loved the kitchen because of the size and the variety of appliances, utensils and pots/pans. The pool was amazing and quiet due to corner lot. The step going down in the kitchen and to the master bedroom is the only thing we didn’t care for.

Cottage with Everything!

The pool was so lovely in August and the deck was comfortable and spacious. The layout of the home was comfortable with a very spacious living room and kitchen. Beds were also very comfortable. My husband very much enjoyed the tv options and our kids watched a couple movies on the Disney channel. We love Tybee and have visited for over 2 decades. We have used Tybee Cottages every year and can't say enough good things about Jim and his excellent customer service.
