The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Sainte-Maxime, this charming air-conditioned house with sea view, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 60 m ÂČ and being able to accommodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 mÂČ, an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 60 mÂČ as well as a terrace and a balcony. We are waiting for you !
The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 18 mÂČ with TV, Wi-Fi included, sofa and armchairs.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, hotplates, coffee maker, Sodastream, kitchen aid machine...
- A veranda with a dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor :
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
- Bedroom 1: 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160Ă200) and a balcony with sea view.
On the second floor
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160Ă200) and a sea view.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, high hair, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden, private, of about 60 mÂČ with a terrace on which you will have furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A balcony on the 1st floor, accessible from bedroom 2.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Come and discover by staying in this accommodation the city of Sainte Maxime, located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, a privileged destination.
- Tourist sites : Saint-Tropez (between glamorous authenticity and conviviality), Port-Grimaud, the Estérel massif (natural jewel of the French Riviera), Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Saint Raphaël, Fréjus...
- Sporting activities : 2 minutes away from the house, the Bosquettes sports complex and its multi-activity gymnasium. Beaches and swimming to spend idle moments, various nautical activities, numerous hikes...
- Cultural visits : The Thoronet abbey, the chateauaudouble...
- Gastronomic heritage : the tapenade, the tropézienne pie, the honey of Provence....
- Events : Nice Carnival, Nice Jazz Festival...
Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking outside (2 vehicles), no numbered places.
- Nearest train station : Fréjus (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Toulon-HyĂšres (1h by car).
