Location, Location, Location! This perfect-sized studio is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. The Neuschwanstein is a modern, industrial space that has been designed specifically to be just what 1 - 2 people would need. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, kitchen with sink, oven/range and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!



The Space:

Our 1 bedroom apartment is on the ground level of a 2 unit building. It includes 1 parking space directly outside your door!



Enjoy a large bedroom, and full bathroom that is modern and updated for your stay. The living room and kitchen are an open space perfect for relaxing after a long day.



The Neighborhood:

Our location is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and we are actually in German Village. This area has a lot of great local favorites for any meal of the day! Don't miss the pub Club 185 just a few blocks walk from our door.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
