Villa l'épu'Ré

I offer you this beautiful new house of 75 m², ideal for holidays with family or friends on the Ile de Ré.

It includes:

3 bedrooms, one of which has bunk beds;
a bathroom with washing machine;
a private garden for parking a vehicle;
A pleasant terrace to enjoy the sunny days.

The accommodations are completely new, decorated with care and located in a quiet environment, close to all amenities, the beach, the port of La Flotte, its many restaurants and pedestrian streets.

Walking enthusiasts can also enjoy a magnificent walk linking the Abbaye des Châteliers in Rivedoux-Plage to Saint-Martin-de-Ré, via La Flotte.

⚠️ DEPARTURE TIMES

Departure times are organized according to the season and the schedule of the person in charge of welcoming you.

The reference time indicated at the time of booking is a departure before 8:30 am. When our schedule allows it, a later departure time can be proposed and agreed with you before the end of your stay.

In July and August, departures are staggered to allow for the preparation of different accommodations for the following guests. Your exact departure time will be communicated to you a few days before.

We thank you in advance for your understanding, as this organization is essential to guarantee a perfectly prepared accommodation for each traveler.

Cleaning fee is included, it corresponds to a normal restoration of the accommodation.

Before your departure, we thank you for:

empty the dishwasher;
empty the refrigerator of all food;
evacuate all garbage cans;
Store the home in a normal state of use.

If the accommodations are left in a state of too much soiling, you will be charged an additional fee of €40 per additional hour of cleaning.

Linen

Linen is available as an option (sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels).

Payment will be made on the day of your arrival.

Bike rental

To make the most of your stay on the Ile de Ré, I also offer you a partnership with the bike rental company Beach Bike on the port of La Flotte allowing you to benefit from a discount.
