Great house and location, close to the restaurant, Walmart and Publix. the only suggestion I would like to leave is for them to leave at least basic supplements for the stay, especially in the kitchen.

The house met all our needs. It was perfectly clean, lovely and spacious, had all facilities and more than we needed. The pool was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. We only used the clubhouse for an occasional coffee but seemed great. Well located to drive to restaurants and we got delivery a few times. Great location for Disney Parks.

The hosts were very responsive with anything I needed. Instructions of check and out were very clear, easy to understand. The place felt just like home, we were sad to leave, we love paradise palms! This will be the place we stay when we are in Orlando!

Dated house but perfect for our family needs over 2 month stay. Location amazing for things in the immediate 5 mile area. Clubhouse and main pool wonderful. Security was always present which made for confidence. Owner was extremely easy to work with .would book this property again

Has potential

This home has a lot of potential and was priced at an affordable rate. However, once checked in I noticed a lot of things that should be remedied before renting to guests. Somethings I noticed are the carpets in the mater bedroom and the first room upstairs needs to be cleaned. Very visible stains. The blinds in the second room upstairs are broken nor does that room have a light or lamp of any kind. The light in the bathroom in the main bedroom upstairs is broken. We weren't given any washcloths, just hand towels and towels. All of these issues I feel should have been corrected prior to me renting the place. As I stated before this place has amazing potential, just needs a little TLC.

The Good & Bad

The location and property was very nice. The beds was clean and comfortable. Each room of the house was clean. The walls, base boards, and carpet can use a Deep Cleaning. Very noticeably dirty! And the pest (roaches) the house needs pest control

Ok but…

The property and resort pool etc are amazing! This actual property needs some updated carpeting or it needs to be cleaned and we had some issues with the toilets. To say the property was deep cleaned would not be true however it was nice. The extra money to heat the individual pool is excessive when other condos charge nothing. Walls need a painting. Overall our stay was nice just some cleanliness issues of the actual rental.

Paradise Palms amenities great, 8960pp unsanitary living conditions DO NOT recommend

The amenities on this property are excellent at paradise palms itself. We would not rent from 8960pp again as the site had several mechanical issues in the home and cockroaches in many parts of the home including in the kitchen, bathroom and pool area. We did get a response from Barbara when we emailed regarding issues with the leaking sink, pool not being heated properly and they were both resolved quickly. However, the issue of the cockroaches in the home was so unsanitary that we have requested a partial reimbursement as we had no other choice than to stay at the home and Barbara responded with a note saying that she appreciated my feedback and that they would investigate potential bugs in the home. This is an unacceptable level of acknowledgement from the property management team when a customer notifies of a pest problem during their stay. The home was overall well appointed but very worn down in the carpets, walls, floors etc. The fridge froze all of our food on the top shelf and upper drawers during our stay and we would provide feedback that people staying should be notified so they do not waste their produce etc. The dishwasher fell out of the allocated spot when the drawers were pulled out as it appears to not be mounted properly to the frame. As we were trying to push the dishwasher back in, a stream of cockroaches came out of the appliance. As a side note, we would recommend that a floor fan be placed in the master suite as it is a hot bedroom even with the air conditioning set. Also, there are several outlets on the property that do not work despite trying to toggle switches to turn them on. The GFI in the kitchen tripped several times a day with normal use from a cell phone charger.

Worst Rental of my life

How dare you rent us this roach infested home. Stunning is not what this should be called. I don't know how you live with yourselves or sleep at night. How dare you send someone over who is not qualified to deal with the level of infestation you have at that rental. You should shut down the unit for a few weeks to get it professionally serviced. Appalling that you would do that to a family with kids in it. How dare you.

We had a blast during our stay on Thanksgiving week. The house was very food and the host very friendly and always ready to answer any questions or help with anything needed! Anyone planning on going to that area will enjoy staying there. The neighborhood and club house outstanding!! Pool area excellent and they even have an arcade and theater to enjoy. Will definitely go back for sure!!! We loved it!!

Never Again

First impression is everything. Ours were filthy. Trash Bench was very nasty. Back patio was nasty as well. Had issues with commode downstairs, walls nasty, a.c not cooling, cable tv not working in two rooms, front porch light was out(maintenance replaced), & trash under couch. Last day awakened to refrigerator not working. Absolute disaster. Wouldn’t recommend this Dump of a place to absolutely NO ONE😟

Nice family vacation

Couldn't use our private pool for 3 days after check-in but after that every thing was ok. Great communication with property manager I would recommend this property for a vacation beds we're all comfortable bathrooms we're huge overall it was nice.
