Wonderful quiet getaway. We slept upstairs and the bed felt like a cloud! Watching the water to start and end the day off the balcony was just what we needed. House came prepped with coffee and had waters in the fridge so it was perfect! (I didn’t have to dash out to the store right away). Place was safe, quiet & serene; Cant wait to return!

We enjoyed the condo. But getting there (in the dark) was a bit on the crazy side. Can’t believe anyone would build anything in Arkansas without central heat & air! The bedroom unit was too loud so we just turned it off. But the ceiling fan sufficed for our October night. Kitchen needs pot holders. But other than that, it was nicely stocked. I would change check out instructions. It said put dishes in dishwasher but there wasn’t one. It said put clothes in hamper but there wasn’t one. It said take trash to the dumpster and we never could find it so we wound up bringing it home. Condo was clean and we did enjoy being right on the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for our summer vacation. Our sons enjoy fishing and there were plenty of areas to fish and swim at and near the complex. Condo was well kept and quiet at night. Overall a fun time and we’ll be back again on future trips!

Amazing views!

We stayed at this condo for 5 days, and it was absolutely amazing. The condo itself is wonderful and the views from the back deck are stunning. Aaron was great to work with and answered all of my questions very quickly! Fishing and swimming was great (even though the water is freezing) and everyone around is super friendly! 10/10 will be back and recommend!

Once again, as great as before.

Super clean, tidy, and in an amazing location if you love the outdoors. My family was able to walk right down to the water for fishing and we saw lots of wildlife like a bald eagle drinking from the river. The small touches like fresh snacks and water waiting for us once we arrived were greatly appreciated after a long drive from our home state. If you want to be close to the city but still in nature, this is the place to be.

Quiet get away

Aaron was phenomenal! VRBO wouldn't let me add the same day. Within my booking, I messaged the owner to ask if I could stay the day of. He added the day I needed within an hour, so I didn't have to find another place to stay. I slept in the loft - very comfortable!

Clean and Relaxing

Clean and secure property with a nice view. Perfect size for up to four people. Within 20 minutes of shopping, downtown, hiking, parks, and casino/horse track. Owner was always quick to respond. Would stay here again. Highly recommend lunch at Ohio Club.

Amazing view

This property was amazing! It’s got beautiful views off the back patio of the lake. The Condo was beautiful, clean, and well decorated. It was a real gem we will go back and stay again!
