The main body offers a large, bright living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, opening onto a large terrace with a large table and an electric plancha. You can take your meals or rest on a sofa sheltered from the sun facing the pool.

A fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and internet as well as the dining room all open onto this terrace.
On the night side, the villa has 5 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Outside, a 10mx4m swimming pool heated in the low season secured by an alarm, a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs and large parasols, a pool house equipped with a fridge, a solid barbecue and a sheltered dining area.

A terrace facing the pool is also equipped with a large sofa and 2 armchairs, ideal for reading in peace and quiet under the shade sail or having an aperitif with friends.
Finally, to enhance your end of the day, you can enjoy the 10 m long petanque court below the swimming pool.

Enclosed parking: enough space to park several vehicles. Space secured by a motorized sliding gate.
