We chose this neighborhood for its peaceful, quiet charm. One of the best aspects is our wonderful neighbors, many of whom have lived here for over 40 years. They genuinely look out for us, our property, and our guests—especially Deon, who lives diagonally from us and is always ready to lend a helping hand! Another reason we love this area is its proximity to the beach. Just a short drive away, it makes it easy for our family and guests to enjoy sun-soaked days by the water. We believe this neighborhood strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility, allowing you to relax and truly make the most of your stay.
