Great location! We were able to visit family, shopping, the beach and great food within a 20 minute drive. Plenty of room for the family. Game room was an added bonus. We received quick responses and an earlier check in time upon our arrival. We will stay here again.

4 generations from 4 states came together for a family reunion here for a week. Close to beach, grocery stores, etc. Quite neighborhood.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Quiet street with not a lot of traffic, but still nearby lots of restaraunts and shops. Slept 4 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. The cleanliness was overall good. The host communication was excellent. Even discussed the incoming storms with us about possibilities and outlooks. Left a little gift for us for our stay as well. Very good price point for the area. Would book again.

Great place!

Family of 10 here, we had a great time! The house was great, it’s in a perfect location. We wanted to extend our trip for two days and the host was able to accommodate us!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The beach was near by & we really enjoyed going to Indian shores over Clearwater, Indian shores was just more peaceful ( less people) We also really enjoyed the local coffee shops & food We were traveling with our 3 kids & my son & two grandkids came by to eat. There was plenty of room & they really enjoyed the game room.

We stayed for a week at this location and it was good. The house is old and you can tell it. The garage needs cleaned up bad and smells, the grass is also over grown. There is also no where to really put the trash, but overall our stay was fine. House is better for a group of younger kids/adults who don’t mind!

Wouldn't stay again

Definitely roomy, but dated and dirty. There were dirty socks in the bathroom vanity, it's questionable if the washcloths were washed, the dishes felt greasy. We had to request batteries for the remotes as none of them were working It's probably a good place for college kids to party, but not too good for more mature guests.

Cozy and Quiet Stay!

Check-in was a breeze and the host was very accommodating. The home has a nice large dining area, couch, and game room which is perfect for larger groups! We had a lovely time!

Lovely rental

This was a perfect stay for myself and my kids when visiting the area. Super close to anything and everything you could want. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Hope to visit again soon!!!

Good house for the price

The house is older and not all the outlets worked, but overall it was a great find for all of us. Well located to drive to the beach and a lot of things to do within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again

Great location .

Bathrooms definitely need an update.Tile old and stained. Rusty shower curtain. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Very old carpet in game room and master bedroom.didnt seem real clean. Had plumbing issues washing machine backup into kitchen sink and bathroom sinks were plugged. I texted property manager and she responded immediately and brought her maintenance team with her. It took a few hours but they fixed the problem

Good Stay for the Money- but could use some updating.

I gave this stay a 4 out of 5 for the following reasons. First the good; great location only a five minute drive to the beach. Four bedrooms worked great for our size family and the kitchen was nicely updated. Game room was a nice touch as was the coffee bar/keurig and large dining room and living room, good space for larger groups. Interior was clean and no bugs seen for three days stay(thank you!).This stay did not get 5 stars for the following reasons. The property was exactly as advertised but missed the mark on a couple of things. First, no bathroom door on the master bathroom. Probably because the door would not clear the carpeting, I get that, but would’ve been nice to have a curtain or something there. Kitchen was in good shape, but only had the basic of utensils and no basics for cooking like salt and pepper. I’ve stayed at several VRBO‘s across the country and the kitchen stood out as lacking basic supplies. Could’ve used some basics around the sink like dish soap and a sponge and dishwashing powder that was not solid. Utensils were basic and ended up breaking the can opener after the first crank (sorry!) The other thing that stood out was the bed sheets which were thin, pilled, and could use updating. Beds were decently comfortable even with waterproof pads. I understand these are small items, but it would’ve pushed this to a 4.5. Overall good value for the money, great location, and large single-family home very close to beaches great for big groups.

February break

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. We were in town for a family event in Tampa and my daughter had winter break. We enjoyed the beach, John’s Pass, Clearwater Aquarium and Busch Gardens. The game room was great and my daughter really enjoyed it. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The only downside was the bathrooms. Master had no door and shower had mold and mildew in grout, shower head rusty. The secondary bath the door did not close properly and the shower fixtures really could use updated. Also, many outlets need updating throughout the house, some were so lose you couldn’t use and the back bedroom with a 4 outlet was black like it had burnt and we were scared to use.

Great location, beds and kitchen

Has everything you need. Kitchen is perfectly set up, beds are nice and the location is spot on. Does need a door on the master bathroom though, not a fan of doing my business in the open like that.

My family I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Our host was amazing and always responded right away to any needs or questions. It was close to the beach and many other fun places to see! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable for us. I would recommend this property to families
