Come and enjoy "Sea-Esta"! This bright, beautiful, stunning oceanfront condo located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest room has two full beds. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower bath room in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

We were pleased with this property's cleanliness and amenities. The location was outstanding! Beachfront with full view of the gulf from our balcony and close proximity to many of our favorite restaurants. I recommend the king mattress be replaced as it sinks in the middle.

The condo was clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the beach and Gulf. It was nice to have indoor parking. The pool area is very nice with a nice hot tub. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Host responded exceptionally quick, and was very helpful, if I could give 5 out of 5 stars on that I definitely would. Having a set of beach chairs and umbrella from the chair rental company that came with the condo was a very nice touch too. The condo had been remodeled in the last few years, and for the most part, very nicely done. The balcony had a nice view of the beach/ocean. The air works quite well, no worries on it keeping up with the summer heat. Only complaint that we really had was the cleanliness of the condo. We had our crawling baby with us, and after about 10 minutes, her knees/feet/hands were turning black from being on the floor. Another thing that we noticed was small areas of mold growing in both tubs/showers. Messaged the host and had a response back within 5 minutes, was very impressed with that. Cleaning crew came the next morning, floors were better but still not fully clean. The tubs/showers were definitely better. If we didn’t have small children with us who played on the floor and it was only adults, probably would’ve not paid much attention to the floors or tubs/showers. All in all, it was great for the price we paid.

Location of condo is great: right across iconic Peg Leg’s. Pool and hot tub are maintained well. Beach chairs are a nice addition. Shared condo space with good surface counter top area and couch.Guest room faces ocean with 1 window. Master bed frame is along exterior hallway with bright light all night. Bedroom furniture could use updating…Drawers of refrig and kitchen stuck. Pans low end stainless steel so hard to make eggs, etc bc of sticking. Did have both keurig and standard coffee maker so plus if a coffee consumer.Balcony is shared with unit to the right with wall between and on display for units on the left. Appreciated that the entire condo was smoke free which most guest seem to adhere to.

Great place to stay. No complaints except the weather! The first apartment we booked had to go through last minute repair work but Vic called me and immediately booked me in a bigger apartment in the same building at no extra cost. Thanks Vic for taking care of us. Apartment has great view of the beach as well as the city. The table for 4 in the balcony is great place to sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy the view !!

The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation!

The location is supreme, the fact that there are two chairs of an umbrella waiting every morning for you to get to the beach is a huge plus. The decor is very nice, the pool was an added bonus after a hot day on the beach. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is directly across the street that has a large menu. We will definately be back, price is very reasonable.

The view from the balcony was beautiful! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The condo was very conveniently located. There was a corner store and restaurant right across the street. Just steps away from the beach. It was a great stay.

After traveling all over the world and living on three different continents (Asia - Japan, Europe - Italy, and North America - USA) we moved back to the USA. While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

On the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the world-famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar there is no location any better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft.
