Stay at Southern Paws! Walk into this quaint, beachy, pet friendly oceanfront single family home and be greeted immediately with views of the ocean. Sip your favorite beverage while watching the waves and listening to the ocean from the screen porch or the open deck. Head to the beach directly from your private boardwalk. Take in ocean views from nearly all interior spaces.

Settle into the 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with queen beds. Two of the three bedrooms are oceanfront, so you'll wake up to the sunrise over the beach. Each bedroom has access to a spacious, full bathroom. Bedroom one and two share the jack and jill bathroom on one side of the home. The second bathroom is a jack and jill between the third bedroom and the laundry room.

As you enter the home, you're greeted with ocean views and the open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve your family meals. Grill out on the gas grill. Eat at the dining table, or there is additional seating at the kitchen island. Big, comfy furniture allows for relaxation while gazing out on the ocean, or watching the big, flat screen TV. Conveniently located off of the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full size washing machine and dryer.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island and walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Get unique souvenirs while supporting local businesses at the quaint beach stores, or the Folly Beach Farmers Market and the Art Market, which take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

Downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive away. Enjoy strolling or taking a carriage ride through historic scenery. Charleston offers world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, tours specializing in history, ghosts, and culinary arts, art galleries, souvenir shopping down the Market area, and so much more! Walk along the harbor at The Battery, Waterfront Park, or go off the beaten path to find cobblestone streets and Rainbow Row. Take the kids to the South Carolina Aquarium or the Kids Museum. Several theaters around town host plays, concerts, and comedy shows. There's always plenty to do!

Parking in the driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, outdoor shower, gas grill, central heat and air conditioning. A cornhole set is provided. $250 VayK Gear beach gear credit included with reservations staying 3-14 nights.

Property is strictly non-smoking. Home is pet-friendly with a $125 + tax non-refundable pet fee, per pet, paid directly to the property management company after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
