This was a great house for our family trip to Philly. It was very clean and we enjoyed the little outdoor space. The rental was easy to find but since we weren't well acquainted with the area we struggled to navigate some of the one way streets and the area under the bridge near-by. The neighborhood seemed nice and was in good driving distance to the attractions we wanted to see.

It honestly was not a bad location. It may look like it at first, but it wasn’t horrible. We did find parking every single day. We were there. The house was stunning. The host communicated so well especially on letting us know that certain things might not be available because guest before us broke the rules and damaged the property but overall like not much was wrong. They did a great job handling it.

We showed up two hours after check-in time. When we went inside, the place had not been cleaned. When the host was contacted she explained the cleaning lady had been in an accident and she sent someone else to clean the home. Even though it was clean there were a few issues. * people kept filling our trash can outside so we couldn’t throw our trash* the faucet on the sink in the en-suite was not mounted correctly and it felt like it was going to fall off* the toilet paper holder in the ground level bathroom was broken and not mounted to the wall correctly* there was spots of paint on the walls where paint patching had been done but you could tell it was a different color* the upstairs bed frame had stains in it

This was a good location for going downtown to historical landmarks, the stadiums, and getting to and from the airport.We had to have a lot of communication throughout our stay and it wasn’t always timely. The parking was difficult, and we had to park multiple blocks away late at night, which wasn’t ideal. Upon entering the house, there were crumbs on the tables, hair in the showers, limited toilet paper, and no bathroom towels. When flagging this to the host, they explained that they were testing a new cleaning crew, and asked us to document the various areas.The “lux” description was misleading as there are some cracked mirrors, broken shower tiles, loose faucets, and scuffs on the walls.Overall, our stay was fine because we used it as a place to sleep.

Beautiful Townhouse

I was wow-ed by how the interior of the Townhouse was designed and decorated, extremely nice. Loved the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Outdoor seating was very nice also.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! On street parking. We ubered everywhere. Clean, quiet, updated, and convenient to Center City. Bring your own paper towels, napkins, ziplock baggies, etc. for kitchen though. Would definitely stay here again!

Visiting from Florida

We were celebrating my daughter and dad’s birthday together in New Jersey. Staying here was perfect location to go to Jersey and enjoy some cool stuff in Philly! The neighbors were so friendly and helpful! Inside the home was just beautiful nicely decorated and clean! Parking was tricky for us at times but we were getting in late at times after visiting with family, so it was expected. All in all we have a great stay and I would recommend staying here!

Winter stay

rental itself has nice space and bathrooms , however kitchen is not stocked with silverware or cooking items .. there is also a lot of repairs that need done in rental including stairs , hole in couch, bed frame and window blinds .. Parking is also a challenge and you have to be lucky to find street parking ..the neighborhood is also questionable

Nice house (but)

We stayed 3 nights, plenty of room. Super cute house, but the parking is but easy. Neighborhood was sketchy, we didn't have problems. We had to park blocks away, when we arrived late in evening after phillies games. We were upset about parking the most. Some of the things in house were broken. We originally had another person going to stay and didn't because of parking and Neighborhood.

Home itself, beautiful…location, sketchy

A group of girlfriends and I stayed for a weekend away and to see a concert in NJ. We chose this home because it was close to the RiverLink ferry, the pictures looked amazing and the description boasted about the great location. While the inside was very nice (floors could definitely use a better cleaning) and had everything we needed, the location itself was a little worrisome for a group of women. Definitely didn’t feel Comfortable walking anywhere! Also found it it a bit unnerving that there were Security cameras in the main living space and on the patio area so we felt we were being watched the whole time.

Chilly in Philly

Tried to contact host by text twice, but NO reponse. Primary bath DID NOT water /we discovered the water was turned off, evidenly faucet leaked, so we had to use our sons bathroom or kitchen sink to brush teeth, etc Not impressed with all of the signs all over, but no info given to guests about existing issues!!! This location also had the least amount of pre stocked supplies for guests to use.
