Tyler was highly communicative, especially when we had a few hiccups along the way, and overall, we had a wonderful time. This house has a lot of character, and a lot to give to any group.

Great communication from Tyler with all the details about the house and check in, as well as neighborhood tips. Street parking was a bit of a challenge, as is typical for the area. The house was clean and spacious, with lots of beds, perfect for our group of cousins with mixed ages. The house was thoughtfully stocked with assorted games, kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, bedding, extra pillows, spare umbrellas

perfect home base for large group weekend

Location is convenient 10-15min drive to airport, Center City, and baseball stadium.Host communicated well about keys, parking, early checkout / late check-in, etc. Generally responsive to questions with detail and proactive about notifications/updates. Information was clear in listing and on display board in kitchen.House is a decent deal for a large group. It’s a bit older, nothing fancy, but totally functional. It was clean and had everything we needed with easy access, plus a few thoughtful touches like some coffee, board games, even Tums in bathroom. Lots of flexible seating, basement laundry, and many basic supplies stocked in kitchen and bathrooms were also useful.Bring chargers with multiple ports or a power strip in case there are a lot of devices, as there are relatively limited outlets compared to newer properties. The TV is kind of slow with few apps, but good enough for a Netflix movie. If you want more options, bring a Roku or Fire Stick and separate speaker for music. People were able to use the wifi (password all lowercase). Fridge has small leak and container to catch the water, which takes up some space on top shelf but still can fit a few pizzas, beverages, party trays, etc. All minor, not actual problems.Kitchen and living room got a little warm when crowded, so use the provided fans. Or step outside to the nice area out back. Bedrooms had window A/C units, and sleeping was comfortable; mattresses were fine for a couple nights.Thanks Tyler!

Wonderful Place

If you are looking for a place that will give you the proper Philadelphia experience and be a good place to stay while you are there this is the place for you. The manager is very responsive and takes care of the house. It was clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed it!

Fun stay near stadiums

My husband and his buddies stayed here so they could be close to Lincoln Financial Field for the Metallica concerts. They had a blast. Everything was easy and convenient.

Love Run

We were all impressed by the cleanliness and roominess. We walked the neighborhood extensively. Convenience stores on every block. Pizza walking distance. We had a great dining experience delivered to our door (Dash) Wolf something, good pasta dishes and pizza. Carbing up for the Love Run on Sunday.

Exactly as advertised

The house was amazing. Exactly as advertised. Staying here you get the true Philly experience experience and it’s close to public transportation making getting around very convenient. The communication with the owner was amazing. He checked in on us before, during and after. The house is also well stocked with kitchen cookware, paper towels, toilet paper and towels/wash cloths. This allowed our group to have peace of mind and just enjoy the trip. We would highly recommend this place for anyone!

In town for competition

House was great for larger groups needing multiple beds. However, if you are planning to drive a lot, street parking is very difficult to find later in the evenings so take this into account.

Reliable and easy find

Located outside of the city center with only a 10 min Lyft/uber to center city. Was very easy to find. Host was communicative and informative. Easy check in process and large accommodations with space for everyone. Would absolutely stay again and keeping it in mind for the future!

Great Place to Stay

Tyler is a great host, extremely responsive and did a great job anticipating needs I hadn't even thought of. The property is in a great location, very easy to catch a ride sharing service or walk to many places. With all the other planning I had to do to bring this weekend trip to fruition, Tyler made everything simple!

Great Place

I was very satisfied with this location overall. Between all the available beds, games and amenities in the house, the owner did a fantastic job with the place. I wasn't more than 10-15 minutes away from downtown or the ballparks. I was there to go to a baseball game. Plus, it was very easy to get to the airport when leaving. The only downside to the property was the parking and the washer/dryer set up. Parking was the biggest problem because of the limited space around that was all day parking verses 2hr parking. Having two kids with me and having to drop them off with mom and me circling around for a period of time wasn't the best. The washer/dryer was a little funky of a set up, but worked just fine.

Girls Sweet 16 Sleepover

Don't let the location fool you!! This row home is in the heart of South Philly...close to downtown and the stadium area. Enough room for 8 girls and 3 adults. Great yard and grill to use. Very clean and plenty of games. Location...Location...Location

A Week with Family

Out family of 7 adults had a wonderful 8 day stay! The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make many of our meals. The location made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit! The outdoor lounge and availability of laundry facilities were great bonuses! We truly had a home away from home.

Great for kids, difficult for adults

There were tons of beds, I didn’t realize that fully 8 of them would be bunk beds, and that their mattresses were 4in foam. The queen beds had mattresses that were about 8in thick, which is better, but not an actual spring mattress. There are a million places to sleep, but only 6 plates in the kitchen and 6 chairs at the dining table, so keep that in mind if you are planning to eat at the house. Overall, the price was fair, and the house was clean, but absolutely no one got a comfortable mattress, which is remarkable for there being SO many mattresses. Probably best suited for a group of children or a youth group or something, where you’re purely looking to

Great wedding Stay in Philly

The house worked out great for our wedding group, close and quick uber rides to beautiful ritten house square. Easy walking distance to Passyunk square, and the Acme market. Tyler the host even had umbrellas for use as we encountered rain. Tyler was in close comunication with me up until our checkin, and provided emergency contact information for our stay, host had plenty of utensils if needed for cooking or eating, but most of our meals were out down town or in passyunk square. Great keurig coffee set up with coffee and a bigger pot available if needed. The outside patio garden was definitely a plus for a city home, plenty of towels and shampoo as well in the bathrooms. Ironing board and steamer were also great to have on hand. We had a great stay and i would consider it again when i come back to visit. Thankyou Tyler

Nice Place to Stay When Visiting Philly

This location is one quick bus ride away from downtown Philly. The house is very nice and clean. There are 11 beds which means everyone gets their own bed. The owner was very accommodating with food and in-house laundry. The owner also replies quickly to inquiries. There was a slight miscommunication about what locks the keys could open but it was resolved.

Philadelphia resident all my life. Frequent traveler to other countries and view other cultures, lifestyles, and my favorite- local cuisine!
I've in the hospitality industry for over ten years. I bought the house in 2014 and have been operating as a licensed Bed & Breakfast since Fall 2015.
I really enjoy living in Philadelphia, there's so much you could do and experience here. Philly cost of living is way cheaper compared to other American metropolitans, and yet filled with a lot of culture, transition, history, and growth. Philadelphia has a really great placement on the world, close to New York and DC, even international seven hours flights to Europe.
I think you highly enjoy what Philadelphia has to offer! Enjoy inexpensive local fare and eat like a king! Or bring your friends, family, or colleagues to enjoy cooking dinners or meals for each other, and enjoy each other company!

Enjoy historic sites, parks, galleries, free museums, local restaurants and bars, all without the worry of driving and navigation. The house is on a exceptionally quiet block for the city, so you'll rest with ease!

All people in your party, regardless of age, must be included in the booking numbers. All persons entering the property must have approval from the host prior to booking. Every person staying in your group must be included in the guest numbers.
The house is family/child friendly, however it is not child-proof. Supervised children are welcome!
Pets are welcomed! Inquire about pet fee.

-Beds and sleeping arrangements are set up based on the number of guests, couples, and individuals. The number of overnight guests can be adjusted one day prior to the day of check-in arrival.

-Extra cleaning charges may be charged for departure cleaning at the end of the Rental Term. If the condition of the property requires extensive cleaning, guests shall be responsible for the cost of such cleaning. Generally the cleaning fee of the listing is for basic house cleaning turnover for new guests, IE: Floor maintenance, bathroom spritzing and sanitizing, linen turndown service.
All guests and groups are responsible for cleaning any mess made with reasonable efforts. Otherwise, extra cleaning fees will ensue.

-Reasonable Use Guest agrees that he/she and the members of his/her party shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the neighbors` peaceful enjoyment of their properties, and that any consequences of their inability to do so shall be Guest sole responsibility. With respect to our neighbors, please bring outdoor noise inside to a courteous level after 10pm weekdays, 12am Fridays & Saturdays.
Guest agrees that he/she and the members of his/her party shall conduct at one's own risk.
Guests shall not make or suffer any alterations to the Property.
