We chose this home because it is centrally located between Pebble Beach and Point Reyes. We were out hiking/sightseeing etc. every day. The home was clean and a lovely little “base camp” during our stay. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was fine for our simple needs, coffee, bagels in the morning and snacks or frozen pizza in the evening. The back yard was very relaxing. Gwen was very quick to respond to our few messages.

Great rental for family getaways

It was the perfect spot for our family to staying during our vacation. Close to the popular areas that we wanted to visit like San Francisco, Santa Cruz beach and Santa Clara (Levi’s Stadium). I would recommend this place to everyone.

Hi Fahad, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. In relation to the “ minor hiccup during initial check in” that you refer to, I want to clarify what happened. As mentioned to you, the lock is a Smart Lock with code entry. My lock app shows that an invalid code was entered the first few times followed with the right code. Unfortunately, smart locks are configured such that the code gets invalidated once this happens. You checked in at 11PM and thus it took some time to reset the code for you to enter. Once the code was reset you had no issues for the rest of your stay.

Charming home

It was a charming home with plenty of amenities, perfect for our needs. We loved that there was a garage, as street parking was somewhat limited during our stay. We also loved the modern bathrooms.

The house is very clean, fully renovated like new. It has everything you need in a house. Tastefully decorated. I like your Audrey Hepburn and dog themes.

Wonderful Stay in this San Jose gem

We really enjoyed this place. Gwen did a great job and the design is quite nice. This was the best VRBO that we ever stayed in. The whole experience was really good and we would stay here again in this comfortable and well positioned locale.

Wonderful abode

After having been on the road for over two weeks, this was a welcome respite. We walked in the front door. Everything was neat and clean and crisp and cool. The air conditioner had been turned on for us so we were greeted with very perfect climate. It was immaculately clean. The decor is very fun. It was wonderful to sit on the back deck in the morning for coffee. Communicating with you property manager was very easy.

Family Vacation

Property was great. Met our needs for 7 people, 5 of whom are our kids. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to basic shopping. This was our place to stay for some trips into the San Fran area and was much more affordable than homes further north.

Super cute house!

Our stay included 2 families with a total of 4 girls ages 3-7. We had plenty of space and the girls loved the pink and black decor. I mean, who doesn’t love Audrey Hepburn! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the quiet neighborhood. Be warned the bed in the master bedroom is squeaky, but we were able to get used to it by the second night. Easy to access the property, and we loved the products offered in the shower. Highly recommend, thank you!

Recovery stay

The lovely residence met all of our immediate needs. Within a short timeframe, the rental felt like home and very comfortable. The host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone I know.

Comfortable stay for a family wedding!

We rented Gwen’s house for memorial day weekend to attend a family wedding in San Jose. The house was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. We all loved the pugs theme throughout the house!! 🐾 We recommend this house to everyone!

No paper towel if you travel with family bring your own

There was not enough paper towel to last for two nights and two days. My family used the paper towel that was half Empty by the kitchen. I Did not realize that there were a ring camera surveillance camera, but over all is a lovely place and cozy home.

Nice Place Nice Neighborhood

4 rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard, front yard, garage, laundryroom, coffee/tea machine, washer/dryers x2, dishwasher, two bathrooms/showers - so much to offer. Cute decorations with Breakfast at Tiffany's and Bulldog, close to hospital and plenty of dining options. Easy check in. Lots of items to use to cook with. Read the black book uppn check in - tells you mote information. There are specific rules and check out process. We did pay more than other locatioks considering insurance and the cleaning fee is required but it was a nice place to visit with family and after my daughter was released from the hospital with her new baby the place provided a clean animal free environment for quality time. If I was in the area again I would likely stay there. Side Notes: I would recomend bringing a handicap chair if needed for the shower and a strainer.for the kitchen. If you are sensitive to smells they use a very fragent detergent on everything. It was still in our clothing and hair a few days later. For some they may really enjoy the fresh smell. I would recomend to friends and family.

Quaint Getaway

This house has high quality features and made are stay so enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms had all we need. I have high standards for bathrooms, and these bathrooms were clean and modern. Linen and towels were fresh and the room came complete with a laundry basket--which for a family of 5 is a bonus feature. haha! The decor was whimsical and fun with a theme of Audrey Hepburn and pugs or French bulldogs. Really cute and tastefully done. The backyard, although we didn't use it, is a nice size and fully equipped with a nice eating area and a bbq. With No Cal weather, it would've been a nice place for a relaxing family dinner outside. The neighborhood was so cute with mostly young families and kids playing outside. Very safe. My daughter and I took a nice evening walk around the neighborhood admiring the yards and houses. Gwen was easy to communicate with and she gave thorough, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and checking out. My kids truly enjoyed this last-minute quick getaway to visit relatives. For the price and the size of the house, it was perfect. If we have to come back again, I'm definitely going to consider this house again.
