Mahina Surf underwent an extensive exterior enhancement project in 2024-2025. There have been several improvements that may not yet be reflected in the current photos.

Beautiful property

The location was perfect. The property was well manicured and beautiful. Probably the best view from a BBQ that I’ve ever seen. It was awesome to watch all the turtles swim and sun themselves in the beach. AC would be nice if we happened to be indoors in the afternoon, but that was not much of a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Cockroaches!

Good location with lots of beaches, restaurants close by. The unit had not been cleaned by the time we arrived, which was incredibly disappointing when we are charged a cleaning fee. There were cockroaches all over the unit. New ones appeared each time we returned from an outing.

Where to start! We have been coming to Mahina Surf for a while now, but this was outlr first time bringing our kids. Quiet, calm and well maintained space for a family vacation spot just 5-8 minutes from beaches. Turtle sanctuary right off the beach. Beautiful ocean views. Amazing pool. Love the walk out feature on floor level rooms. Clean condo. Great beds, even the pull out sofa bed was great. The only thing this condo needed was an electric skillet and cutting board. Condo had beach chairs and beach towels. Ice pack in freezer. If you needed it, it was already there. We will definitely be viking again soon!

We loved the view, low density and the turtle beach next door. The units are old and ours had a couple of issues that made us feel uncomfortable. We were told we were in the best unit! Great vacation but a little uncomfortable.

The condo was the perfect size, it was just my husband and myself. We would come back to that same one. We loved the location to the pool and the view to the ocean. We got there a teensy bit early and the Vacasa staff were extremely nice, helpful and very professional.

It was clean, gorgeous and just perfect! We loved every minute of staying here. We woke up every morning and had breakfast on the patio. The pool is steps away from your condo. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else.

We stayed at 107 for a week. It was very comfortable for a couple. We loved the ocean view and listening to the waves at night. My husband swam with the turtles from the small beach near the condo. The pool is great. There isn’t any air conditioning which didn’t bother us. The condo is well appointed.
