Lakeview Vacation Pool-home near the mouse house

This private vacation home with a private pool is a great choice for your next family vacation to Central Florida. Located in the established community of Clear Creek, in Clermont, it is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and an even shorter drive to shopping and restaurants. This home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, over 1,400 square feet of living space, and sleeps up to 8 people. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything that you’d need to enjoy your vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils you’d need to enjoy family meals at home. When it comes time to dine, you can do so either at the breakfast nook, which seats 4, or at the dining table, which seats up to 6 people. Sometimes, all you want to do is sit back, relax, and watch a good movie. The living room is perfect for that. It comes with two large sofas, vaulted ceilings, access to the pool, and that all-important large flat-screen TV. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for those mid-stay laundry needs. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom & third bathroom share a full bathroom (Shower), we also have a fourth bathroom which has a door leading out to the pool area. After a long day at the parks or out shopping, you can come home and enjoy the private swimming pool and a great lake view. The pool area is screened in and also has a covered lanai with seating. Alternatively, why not have some fun playing on the foosball table, located in the garage. Security Cameras are located on the outside perimeter of the property and are monitored 24/7. Relaxation

This home is a very beautiful home with all of the features. There was enough room for the family and close to all family venues. The pool is a plus. The owners were quick to respond to any need we had. When we go back to Florida, we are staying right there.

Very clean house

House was super clean and backyard very private. Game room was a quiet getaway for adults while kids slept. Neighborhood was active and house very close to one another but the house accommodation and 20 min drive too disney was well worth it. Owners were awesome at communicating. Would stay again.

As advertised

A great property in a good location. Has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Kids loved the pool. Good space for the seven of us and 25-35 minutes to the Disney parks. A bit father to universal but still an easy drive. All the stores, restaurants and coffee shops you could need are right down the road easy to get supplies without wasting lots of time. We would stay again!

Very comfortable

This house was was very comfortable, the kids had their own area. Very well laid out. Nice neighborhood. I contacted the owners on two occasions and both times the response was very quick. There was nothing we we needed then the basic groceries and toiletries. It was very nice clean and I would recommend staying there and would definitely rent again. Thank you again! Linda

Men's Commencement

Overall property was great. Had cleaning problems such as dirt in corners in recreation room. Hall toilet pee on wall, dirt on kitchen floors, Hall toilet had pee on bottom of lid and toilet, smoke stains on pool wall where someone used grill instead taking it outside on patio. Also partial roll of paper towel and not enough toilet paper, only 4 coffee pods, not coffee for coffee pot, only one spatula for trying to cook eggs no other utensil for use. Other than that I recommend the home with quiet location and every thing in working order and enough room to spread out and enjoy what we had planned.

All you could ask for and more

Words can't express how well and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. Anything and everything you could want and need has been provided and well taken care of. The amount of thought to detail and consideration for the guest's needs was beyond what we expected. We booked the rental prior to seeing the lone bad review and can 10000 % contradict that review word for work. We had an amazing experience. The owners, as well as the property's manager, were sweethearts. They were at attentive and quick to respond when needed. We even made one little suggestion (Keurig coffee maker) and the next morning it was in place, no questions. The house is spacious. The rooms very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the game room and the pool. Pool was clean and well maintained. We spent Hours in the pool. The 8 year old and the 4 year old had a blast. It was a huge Hit! The location was perfect. We had any and all stores and restaurants close by. I could say much more, but then I would be here all day. It's is an awesome house. Perfect place to relax and enjoy all Clermont and Orlando have to offer. We will definitely be booking this house again for out next trip.

INAPPROPRIATE SURVEILLANCE OF GUESTS

My stay at this residence was like a scary horror movie. While I can understand if you have security cameras for safety precautions but there is no reason to have cameras directly in the pool area watching the rear sliding glass door. This was a complete invasion of privacy and as a homeowner you have no right to place such surveillance on your guests. The entire stay was riddled with notes placed throughout the house about what we couldn’t do and if we broke a rule, how much money we would be charged. The A/C is under lock and key so as a guest, you cannot regulate the thermostat. The game room in the garage has no A/C so it was very hot and you were not allowed to bring in any type of cold drink. I can honestly say it was the most uncomfortable place I ever stayed. We left early because we had my 9 year old granddaughter with us. We know we were being watched because when we arrived there was a hose in the pool, after we unpacked and left for dinner someone must have entered the residence because when we returned we noticed that the hose was removed and a water bottle that did not belong to us was left on the table by the TV! Not only is this creepy but borderline stalker status. Very inappropriate when there is a minor present. INAPPROPRIATE SURVEILLANCE that was not disclosed prior to our stay! No pictures on the VRBO site indicates surveillance in the pool area.

The cameras are located to cover the property's access point, and the angle does not allow anyone to see inside the property, only the movement outside the deck door in case of unauthorized access. They are monitored by the owner only. The notices around the house are necessary as people do not open our guest book. The lack of common sense of people visiting us has forced us to ensure notices are visible (per Airbnb and VRBO). The A/C control cover is a common practice in all vacation homes. The A/C is under WIFI control, and if you had any issue with the Heat or Cold, a phone call to me would have solved any issue. In the game room, we have never been told about the game room issues, yes, it is Florida, and it can get hot we have two ceiling fans inside and, if requested, a portable A/C, but again we were not notified of any issue. Drinks are allowed in the game room; we ask them not to be placed on the game tables. Our pool company has been monitoring the pool because water levels are getting low and preventing the equipment from getting damaged; he goes in the mornings to add water and in the afternoon to remove the hose, this is part of his service and guest, or no guest has to be done. All of this was disclosed on VRBO; we were unaware that it was removed from our profile. The bottle of water you found in the house was left by our cleaners the day before your arrival when she was cleaning the house, nobody accessed the house during your stay, and I have a video that will prove that. We don't allow access to the property inside without the guest's consent. Vacation homes are not for everyone, communication is the key, and your lack of communication with us was the key. I made myself available to every guest to ensure their best experience with us, I reached out to you and made myself known, and you never called or mentioned any issues during your stay.

Clean well equipped property near Disney

Had a lovely stay at this well equipped house about 30 minutes drive from Disney. Owners were helpful and friendly and whole process was very smooth. Recommended !

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect family getaway to recover from park hopping. The spacious home and pool were just what we needed. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and cookware so that I could prepare home cooked meals for my family. We enjoyed this place very much.
