La villa ofrece todas las comodidades para sus vacaciones en la Florida, como WiFi gratuito y llamadas telefónicas de los EE. UU. Great Home!

This home was the cleanest and most well appointed rental we have ever stayed at. Appliances were modern and the one floor lay out suited us perfectly. We arranged for the pool to be heated and it was a nice treat to use at the end of our day in the parks. Communications with the owners were very good. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful House, Great location, Wonderful host

The house was everything that was advertised.Great location to go to the parks and shop at the Outlet malls.had a couple minor issues, but the host handled them promptly. Family had a great time and looking forward to booking the Villa again in 2025

Great vacation

From booking to questions asked about property to checking in and the whole stay , Julie was great about getting back to us in a quick fashion. Their home is a beautiful home, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very close to everything and a safe place to get out and walk. Great holiday

Excellent location in a quiet well maintained gated community with easy access to theme parks, shops and restaurants. The villa was well equipped and had a wonderful pool- one of the highlights of the holiday for our grandchildren who also loved the games room. Julie and Ian were friendly and helpful with local support readily available.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Disney. House was clean. Well stocked and in a great area. Short drive to the parks. We also caught some nice bass there. Host was very helpful. We will be back. Highly recommended

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ian and Julie's house! The house was exactly as described and was a perfect fit for our family. Julie was really a great host, very responive and super helpful. The house has everything you need and is located in a gated community that is close to everything. We visit Florida every year and will definitely stay here again if available. Winter Retreat

Enjoyed how well kept the grounds were. A few problems when mid March saw other rentals nearby that came for a few days and became very loud and unconcerned about time of day. Will consider staying again if more consideration is made in cost for long term rentals like us.

Very accommodating

The house was perfect for the amount of people we had together (8) in total. It was accommodating. The only issues we did have was the alarm for the patio door malfunctioned one day and wouldn’t stop ringing, but once we got in touch with the management they fixed it right away. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Lovely home.

Well appointed villa; 25mins from Disney World

Villa has everything you need, in a safe neighborhood (gated). Good location for Disneyworld - took us approx 25mins to drive to the parks when we'd worked out how to avoid half the traffic on the 192 (head west on Oren Brown); probably quicker if you use Osceola Parkway toll road. Universal would be a bit longer. V comfortable villa, if looking a bit tired in places, but nothing to spoil the enjoyment at all. Pool was very refreshing in the August heat All in all, exactly what we were after for a Disney World- based holiday

Great stay with family

My 95 year old dad rented this beautiful villa and all his children took a week or two to spend with him. We never had over 8 guests in the home and the accommodations are great for up to 8 guests. My dad loved the recliner couch chair for reading and watching the pool activity. We spent a lot of time cooking and using the kitchen as we had extended stays. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for meal prep and dining. Nice heated pool at the clubhouse too! There are now plenty of towels and everything was in great working condition. (They fixed the leaky kitchen faucet as soon as we called!) Wonderful hosts. Would recommend this property but wish I could keep it a secret so we could return each year!!!

Great stay

Loved having supplies in the cupboard and dishes, etc. So often there is NOTHING in the cupboards. We appreciated not having to purchase salt and pepper (basic). We leave stuff behind constantly and can only figure the cleaning crew takes everything left behind. We used to stay at the same house every year and nothing was there the next time we visited. The only negative I have is that the living room furniture is in NO WAY comfortable.

A shooting next door at 2:00 am 5 police cars there at 4:30 am knock at door at 8:00 am by police crime scene tape around house police and forensics there till 10:30am also no cable tv had no local channels had to buy chrome cast to watch the super bowl showers in two bathrooms drained real slow also could use some upgrades on furniture and kitchen sink

Granddaughter loved the pool.

Meeting family for a week in Orlando. Beds were comfortable but my granddaughter loved the recliners on the couch so much she slept there. Had some problems with the Roku TV, would have preferred a cable service. Some of the dishes in the kitchen had not been well cleaned. Pots and pans had seen better days. Be sure to bring hand soap, dish soap, laundry supplies, extra toilet paper (only one roll per bathroom) and kleenix. Air hockey, my granddaughter's favorite, did not have a designated plug in and had to unplug the dryer and use an extension cord. Property manager came out twice to assist us. This was my first experience with VRBO and we will use again. We liked it well enough to do it again.

Pool is awesome! Game room is a plus! Super Location!

Ws enjoyed our stay! We packed lightly so the washer, dryer and dry rack were much appreciated . The game room a plus. Owners quick to respond and so friendly. I couldn't find WIFI code even though I was staring right at it. Julie told me immediately were to look for it. We like to sleep with a fan on. Fans are furnished. The pool area is beautiful, warm and clean. Furniture is exactly as shown in picture. It is dated . Could be more comfortable. Being a rental , personally I would ask for more money if I updated the furniture and decor. We did not sitting for long , so much to do. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pool towels. Small stains on carpet in closet. Place had enough dishes/pots and pans stocked in the kitchen to do your own meals . Location is a plus. We would stay again.

Orlando Vacation 2021

The home is located in a gated community in Kissimmee. The neighborhood is quiet between 417 and 192. There are two Walmart's nearby along with several fast food restaurants within 5 minutes. Disney parks are 15 - 20 minutes away while Universal Orlando is a 25 - 30 minute drive. The house itself is well-equipped with the standard items - coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, etc. Living room has a 50 inch tv while the other bedrooms has 14-20 tv's. The kids enjoyed the game room - Ping-Pong, ice hockey and foosball tables. We love having our own washer and dryer - take no dirty clothes home. We though we would utilize the pool more but we went to Volcano Bay twice so we were watered-out. Our stay was smooth and uneventful. I love that we had access to portable fans in the converted garage game room. etc. but you may seriously consider installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Overall, our stay was great and satisfied our party's requirements. I wish I could give more insight on the pool area (nice) - I did lounge the area one night while the kids briefly used it one day, but the pool area just did not fall into our busy schedule. By the way, there are plenty of eating and cooking utensils. There are two dining tables for large parties as well. The Nixon Party

This house has bugs!!!

This house was an absolute nightmare. We checked in after traveling for 2 days. My daughter wanted to shower, so she did. As she was showering I started to see bugs. Little small black flea like bugs. I thought at first they were an ant but they were small and jumped like a flea. At first I only saw a couple in the kitchen. Then after I was in the house for a bit I started noticing more. I was in the bedroom and they were on the bed. Huge infestation of them in the game room and the bedroom at the front of the house. As my daughter was showering she saw bugs in the bathroom. We contacted property manager we checked in on a Saturday the property manager said he could have someone spray Monday. This was not acceptable for us so we decided to leave. I contacted Vrbo, they couldn’t get ahold of owners because they are in the UK. I sent videos to Vrbo the owners said they had someone check and their were no bugs. However I have videos of them which I offered to send. They did refund us but only $700 of the $1100 that the property cost is which is frustrating they said because we used the bathroom and showered that we had to pay the cleaning fee. This was frustrating especially since the property was not really cleaned before we got their. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable and out dated. The sliding glass door to the outside is old and hard to move and was rotting out of the frame. I would not recommend staying at this property.

We spent many happy holidays in Florida which is why we bought our holiday home there. This is not a business but our home from home. After many years as a British Army family based all over the world it was one of our roots.

Lake Berkley was a real find with the landscaped grounds, peace and quiet and space not found in modern resorts where every inch counts.

Lake Berkley is a tucked away oasis. Once through the gate, the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee and Disney is forgotten. An intimate yet spacious resort, it was exactly what we wanted - convenience without the crowds and offering quiet relaxation at the end of a busy day.

Being close to the 192, the whole of Florida is easily accessible and there is so much more than the theme parks.
We hope that you will relax and enjoy our home from home. We are lucky though to be supported by a responsive property manager who will always be ready to help if you have a problem.
