This condo is kept in a relaxed yet comfortable style, nothing too fussy, the emphasis being on enjoying the warm West Maui breezes and open windows!

Sleep to the sound of the ocean waves! We are mere steps to the ocean shoreline and the nightly spectacular sunsets! It has a lovely large lanai with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a great view of the mature tropical gardens!

The Living area is clean and open with plenty of comfortable seating, indoor dining, and a kitchen that boasts everything you need to cook almost anything!

This condo has a hybrid memory foam/cool gel king size bed and a step-in shower.

We love having families! We keep a PakNPlay with extra bedding and high chair as well as child proof kitchen cabinets. Please let us know if you want to reserve the high chair.

*We have a check in time of 5pm and a check out time of 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.We take your safety and well-being seriously. We have a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program for this property. Our cleaning service and on-site staff are making sure we spend as much time as necessary making sure that all areas of your rental are thoroughly cleaned before you check in.
We ask you to plan ahead as we may not be able to allow early check ins and late check outs as often as we would like.

*This unit does have AC that is more than adequate to cool the space, and is located in the living room. There are both ceiling fans and floor fans in the living room and bedroom. Please note that as Maui has some of the most expensive electric in the US, we keep it on a timer to mitigate costs.

*Hawaii has a tropical climate. Insects, lizards & rodents thrive in this environment. We make every effort to minimize your contact with them inside & outside of the unit. Presence of these creatures does not constitute a breach of contract or offer the Guest any rights to refunds.
