Witness turtles feeding year-round and, between mid-November and mid-April, enjoy the spectacular sight of humpback whales teaching their calves to swim right before your eyes, making your stay unforgettable.
Paki Maui is a low-rise condo complex on Maui's sought-after west side, designed to capture island breezes and naturally ventilate each unit. Surrounded by mature lush tropical gardens, a serene Koi pond, and a sprawling lawn above the seawall, it offers the perfect setting to relax and enjoy ocean views.
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. For additional guests, there's a convenient queen-size pullout sofa. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms: the front bathroom with a step-in shower, and the main bathroom with a separate vanity, water closet, and a relaxing bathtub.

Designed without air conditioning, Paki Maui embraces Maui's natural climate. The architecture and central ventilation system circulate island breezes, keeping the condo comfortably cool, complemented by ceiling and floor fans for your comfort.

Getting Around:
While we recommend a rental car to fully explore Maui's diverse landscapes and hidden gems, public transportation options include The Maui Bus, with bus stops right in front of the property, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services.

-We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment. Our property undergoes a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program before each guest's arrival.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We utilize a convenient self-check-in process. Please plan accordingly, as early check-ins and late check-outs may not always be possible.
-Holiday Cleaning Fee: For check-ins on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, a $75 holiday cleaning fee will apply. We will contact you after booking regarding this additional charge.
-We can offer a mid-stay cleaning or linen change with advance warning. The fees are $250 for a full clean and $150 for a linen change.
-If there is a change in the tax rates, we may require an additional payment.

This unit is in a very nice location. The oceanfront setting is beautiful, and there is a beach park right next door for ocean access. Although this unit does not face the ocean, you can see it from the lanai. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves all night is easily the best part.This is a large unit and had plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teens).Parking was fine, and the location is in a little commercial area with nearby shops and restaurants. There are several small beaches within a few miles, with good snorkeling and swimming conditions.The building is older, but the listing photos are accurate and the host is responsive and helpful to any questions.

Perfect Family Getaway

This location is perfect...we've stayed at Paki Maui multiple times and the lanai and view never disappoint. This unit was well equipped with plenty of beach towels and bath towels, bedding, etc. The in-unit washer/dryer come in handy (bring your own detergent or grab some at the ABC store). Be sure to pick up extra paper towels at the store (there was only 1 roll for our week stay). Distanced just far enough from downtown Lahaina to be "away", but close enough for a quick 10 min drive. We had a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful time in #325. We didn't need airconditioning, there are lots of fans and the weather wasn't too hot (March). The apartment is well equipped and Heather was brilliant at sorting out a minor problem. My grand daughter loved the pool and we had a great time exploring the island, swimming with turtles and whale watching. We'll be back! (one small note: parking is very tight so don't rent a big car!)

Condo needs some TLC

Overall the condo was clean and the location is ideal, lots of shopping dining within walking distance. However the condo itself needs a little updating, new curtains, fresh coat of paint, but most importantly a new front door. The front door has a huge hole in it on the bottom frame, bugs are always an issue but this gaping hole doesn’t help to keep out the critters. We didn’t leave any food out and took the garbage out once we were done with it and we saw ants everyday and one day saw a roach. The washer and dryer could be updated as well. We have stayed in other condos in this same complex without these issues, for a lot less money, hence my disappointment. I recommend that the owner take some of the money it makes to update this condo before I would recommend anyone to stay there. Especially a new front door. Sorry, but I had to be honest on this review, we frequently visit the island and love this location but until this condo is updated will not stay in this particular until again.

Lovely view

Beautiful partial ocean view. The condo was clean and roomy; however, we thought the front door could use replacing. My sister and I spent 5 nights there and appreciated the washer/ dryer being in the unit. Beach chairs were a little rusty. Sitting outside on the grassy area overlooking the ocean was so nice.

-In-Unit Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the condo (we provide starter laundry soap for your first week).

-Entertainment & Connectivity: Stay connected with complimentary fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Parking and access information will be provided before your arrival. Paki Maui allows parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is free on-street or in a paid lot across the street.
