From day one we had construction going own from the condo next door that you could hear from the beach, they were using some machine that sounded like a jackhammer. I called Glen and he tried to talk to the owner about the construction work that he was having performed to no avail. The dust was bad in our condo, so with the noise and dust we had to leave the condo early and come back late. In seven days, we only had one day that was peaceful and quiet. The microwave didn't work; a towel bar was in the floor when we arrived. The bottom line is I rented a beach condo for a week for over 2,000.00 dollars for my wife's birthday, we drove ten hours to get there and before we arrived, we were informed that construction was going on at the condo next door. What could we do about that? I talked to Glen about the situation, and it seemed like there wasn't anything he could do about it, he did bring us a bottle of wine for a peace offering and said he would let us have another week at the condo for a hundred dollars per night. The trip cost us 250.00 for pet boarding, twenty hours of driving (for nothing) fuel...... also having to breath the dust coming from the construction next door, because they had the patio door and the entry door open at the same time (so the dust would blow out of the condo that was being worked on) and mind you I had bought Vacation cancelation (insurance that I pay 180.00 had Glen texted earlier before we had gone so far (I would have cancelled our trip).

This condo was wonderful! It has a great floor plan with great views! It was clean and initial amounts of toiletries were provided. My favorite part was that the living room and 2 king bedrooms overlook the ocean. I was there with my 5 year old and my parents. I always give my parents the room with a view but this time I got one too!! My 5 year old loved his bunk bed room as well. Linda responded quickly whenever we asked a question. We definitely want to stay here again!

Large, clean condo in the perfect location! The building is conveniently located on the beach right next to several restaurants. And this unit is conveniently located on the 5th floor which is the first floor above the highest level of the parking garage. I say this because there are only 2 elevators for the whole building and it can be hard to catch one, so we parked our cars on the 4th floor garage and took 1 quick flight of stairs up and down between our car and condo when we would go out! And 5 flights isn’t too bad when going up and down to the beach if you can’t catch an elevator! The owners were very responsive to the only issue we had, which involved our parking passes, but that was resolved quickly. My husband, baby, and I had a great vacation with my adult siblings and we got to make so many memories together!

Great location!

Our group of 5 had a great long-weekend in Gulf Shores and this condo was great. It’s as pictured with lots of space and privacy for everyone. The big patio was perfect for a cup of coffee and dolphin watching in the morning or a cocktail at night. You are steps away from a beautiful big white sand beach with umbrella and chair rentals right there. We rented them for all three days and the attendant set them up each morning. We were able to walk to the Hangout for a concert and to restaurants but grocery delivery to the property was also easy and convenient. As others have said the bunk beds are not great for adults but we managed. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again!

Exactly as expected

This is our second time here at this same unit. Check in is so easy and the communication with the manager was above what we are use to. It is the place that is exactly what we were looking for. The two master suites is perfect for two couples.

Great Location

Great location! Everything you need or want is close by. Being on the beach was a must to go back and forth with our 16 month old and it was just steps away. Definitely recommend staying here!

Island Tower #502

Our stay was flawless. Property was as described on the Web Site or maybe a little better. Kitchen was the best supplied with cooking items more than any other place we have stayed. Very Clean, the deck was a great place to sit and see everything going on. We were there as the hurricane was approaching the West Coast of Florida and the water was closed for two days but the beach was sunny and nice. Absolutely will recommend this unit to anyone. Communication with owners was seamless and their response was immediate

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing. The floors weren’t very well cleaned bf we go there, so we did some light cleaning when we arrived. The bed in the master suite was awful. We bought an egg crate for it, bc otherwise it felt like we were lying on wooden planks. Our kids loved the pool. It was nice that the chairs were completely shaded. The pizza place across the street was very good and they had delicious ice cream too. Would def stay there again if the bed was updated.

Pics are different

The twins are now bunks with no trundle. Couch is not a pullout sofa. My grown children were too big for bunk beds. Kitchen is very limited. No spices or salt and pepper in the unit like all the other vacation rentals I have stayed in. Unit was clean. Family was just uncomfortable due to sleeping arrangements.

Perfect Stay

This property was perfect for our three-generation family vacation. The condo was spotless and very well equipped. The view from the spacious balcony was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
