The view from the room was great the unit was clean but did not have a fresh smell one of the king size beds was hard as a brick and pillows lumpy no hot water after one person had showered Could not keep the unit cool and this was in March.

We appreciate your stay in our unit. We want to address your comments; and will correct feasible issues. 1. As noted on each door; the heating/cooling unit and the water heater unit are set with energy efficiency systems. The units will shut off when a door is left opened or ajared. Once door(s) are closed all units return to normal settings. 2. We seek to maintain quality bedding. However, it is difficult to meet each guest(s) personal need(s). We will check the mattress and make changes if necessary We have never received a negative report nor a mention that the unit did not have a fresh smell. This condo was wonderful! It has a great floor plan with great views! It was clean and initial amounts of toiletries were provided. My favorite part was that the living room and 2 king bedrooms overlook the ocean. I was there with my 5 year old and my parents. I always give my parents the room with a view but this time I got one too!! My 5 year old loved his bunk bed room as well. Linda responded quickly whenever we asked a question. We definitely want to stay here again!
