Welcome to the heart of the Florida Keys! Located in the very desirable Key Colony Beach, this all ground level 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex boasts ease of access inside and out and is the perfect setting for a tropical vacay-get-away! The access to to the master is through the guest bedroom.

The other half of the duplex is in our inventory and is listed on our website as P14 (-- ID# - 3144723).

- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (includes all adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

Refundable Security Deposit: $500

This property is professionally managed by American Coastal Vacation Rentals, LLC.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Cute and comfy!

We loved our stay, just what we needed and loved the location. My kids had so much fun just watching all the wildlife off the dock and seeing all the fish. Already looking forward to coming back next year !

Great peaceful location. Roughly the midpoint to travel all of the keys. Short walk to a couple restaurants and a bike rental rack. Plenty of food, grocery stores, etc within a few miles.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We stayed for a week and had a great time. We were so close to everything in Key Colony and Marathon. The house was a great fit for my friends and I and everything that was provided in the house suited us well. We absolutely loved to enjoy the patio and deck in the mornings and night time and had an overall great stay!

Yearly fishing trip

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It is perfect for up to four people. This year it was just my cousin and I. The dock fit our 24 ft. Robalo wth no problems. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. If available next year, my cousin and I will say here again.

Love the keys

Neighbors like to tell you where you can fish they year round resident but keep to our self have been coming down to the keys since I was 10 and only missed 2years over 40 years we had 4 of the units rented all family members. love key colony beach

Key Colony Beach on 7th

The neighbors (owners and full time residents of the adjacent homes) made it very clear that they were irritated by our presence and that we were not welcome in their community. We felt we were walking on eggshells the whole time.

This was a great place. Perfect for what we wanted to do.

Great location. Really enjoyed Key Colony and Marathon as a whole. Would prefer to be able to check in at an earlier time to enjoy the property for the full paid amount. And check out a little later. Seems like an industry that could reconsider and do something different from the hotel industry.
