Gite DE Violet - Teuillac

A traditional 19th-century house, typical of the Haute Gironde region, located in the Côtes de Bourg vineyards and surrounded by vines, with a garden and parking. The ground floor comprises a large living room with large bay windows, a lounge area (leather sofa and 1-meter flat-screen TV), a dining area, a large, fully equipped kitchen (microwave), a large table, and a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility, with an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet with an accessible washbasin. Upstairs, there are two small bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with two 90x190cm beds) and a shower room with a toilet. Bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. Electric heating is provided. Any electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day will be charged based on the meter reading. Two Terra Aventura adventure parks are located near the property (in Plassac and Bourg).
