Private individual rents a house located in a quiet and quiet pedestrian area. The house is in the heart of the Port Bourgenay golf course which extends over 90 hectares. The estate also includes restaurants, bars and shops. Entertainment is offered and access to the swimming pool and water park are included during the summer season.

Accommodation for 4 (5) people. 32 m². Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) + Travel cot. Sofa bed for 1 or 2 people (160x190). Bathroom. Separate toilet. Equipped kitchen area (Microwave, Large refrigerator, Dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, Kettle, etc...). NEW IN 2023: WASHING MACHINE. Private terrace with garden furniture. Electric plancha. (Charcoal barbecue prohibited in the residence). 2 adult bicycles available in the rental. Sheets and towels are not provided.
Non-smoking rental. Our pet friends are not allowed.
Welcome on site by our concierge Patricia who will advise you and offer you the option of renting sheets (20€/bed), towels (10€/person) and final cleaning (50€).

Heated outdoor pools from June 17 to September 15, 2023. (Wading pool, leisure pool, swimming pool)

Aquatic complex (with 3 slides) open July and August. 5 bracelets available in the rental to access the aquatic areas.

Free parking on site. Two charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking lot.

Patricia, our concierge, will be available throughout your stay. She will welcome you, give you the keys and give you all the necessary advice. You will have to give her a deposit check for €450 for the accommodation and €50 for cleaning on arrival. She will come by at the end of your stay for the inventory of the accommodation
