Driftwood: Coastal Retreat Blocks from Beach

“Driftwood Home”-This home is located in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort area 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH & next to the ATLANTIC WAVE PARK & DOME music venue! Sits on a quiet, residential street, but it is steps away from the lively boardwalk with shops, restaurants, & entertainment. It can sleep up to 8 guests, & the home's layout is perfect for both families traveling with children or friends on a getaway. The open-concept living/ dining area & kitchen are perfect for gathering.

This home is new construction with brand new furniture, appliances, and updated finishes. Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 1 queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower.

The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2 decks. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.

Bedroom #2 on the third floor contains a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen
bed. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a tub.

Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.
