Ubicación perfecta y excelente para el entretenimiento. En el corazón del casco antiguo de Key West, a pocos pasos de restaurantes, bares, teatros y tiendas, este extenso complejo de seis dormitorios y siete baños tiene dos piscinas privadas climatizadas, porches infinitos, terrazas y enormes y fabulosas terrazas con vista a la acción en Duval. S t.

Consta de dos edificios: un lujoso ático en Duval St. con 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños, y una encantadora casa de huéspedes de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. El ático de dos pisos está diseñado después de un elegante piso urbano con un toque de isla. El amplio plan de piso abierto se complementa con hermosos muebles de estilo isleño y obras de arte. Las puertas francesas se abren a las terrazas desde todas las habitaciones, y hay una terraza comedor cubierta de la cocina gourmet. Una piscina privada climatizada o jacuzzi con cascada es el toque final perfecto.

La casa de huéspedes tiene tres dormitorios, todos con baños privados, distribuidos en tres plantas. La planta baja cuenta con una fabulosa cocina gourmet, comedor, medio baño y sala de estar con una pared de puertas francesas que se abren a la terraza y piscina privada climatizada con cascada.

We loved our stay at this Keywest property. It’s a perfect spot for a celebration getaway. There is Willy T’s next door with live music so you have entertainment on your patio with amazing music. The property is large enough with the two pools and 6 rooms to host a large group. You can walk everywhere as it’s in the center of all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you!

Great Getaway on Duval

Lots of space for adults to commune on one of the several balconies, lay by one of two pools, or retreat to another room for solitude. Perfectly appointed and gently worn. Only recommend that upon turnover for next rental, make sure all appliances, locks, etc. are fully functioning. Overall, a great location and well managed. Thank you!

Location location location

Be prepared to enjoy the live music from the restaurant next door that runs from 11am to 2am every day, virtually without stopping. It both adds ambience and annoys, though it is largely unobjectionable classic rock performed adequately well. It ends up being the soundtrack to the visit, at least for penthouse guests (and we were in the main suite, which is otherwise luxuriously appointed for a KW rental suite). A sound machine is provided to help at night and we brought our own, so getting to sleep was not an issue. Otherwise, the property was a wonderful place to bring our large group. The property manager was highly responsive, the kitchen has everything you need to make a big meal, there's a market short walking distance and the balconies of the penthouse side all overlook Duval and make jumping into the thick of KW a moment away, even as the property is a respite from it. The pools were always warm, we had plentiful towels. Bring your own soap and shampoo for the showers (hand soap is provided). Bring your Firestick too, if you're a TV watcher. It was amazing to get to step out into downtown KW, yet retreat at any time. Don't bring more than the two vehicles for which there is parking for the property because overnight parking elsewhere on KW is usurious. We would return.

Another amazing stay!

This property is ideal for a large group with plenty of space to spread out and also to gather. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. Both units are very well appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. This is our second time renting this property, and we hope to do it again! We were better acclimated this time and enjoyed our stay that much more. So convenient and easy, and the property manager is super friendly and responsive.

16 of us stayed in the Penthouse & Bahamas house for a longed-awaited vacation. Our Ages ranged from 15 to 50! We cannot say enough good things about this Duvall street compound. It was perfect in so many ways! The location, the outside space, pools, rooftop deck, music next door…. Simply perfect! Mark met us there on arrival and was welcoming and informative! Every need was met! Loved having two kitchens and two pools. We had bikes delivered with plenty of space to keep them all week. Thanks Mark! Another great visit to key West in the books!

We rented the Penthouse and Bahama house together for our wedding with our family and it was perfect. The kitchen in the Bahama house was perfect for making group meals and the 2nd floor bedroom in the Penthouse was perfect as a primary suite for us. Great location - you can walk to almost anywhere including Mallory Square for the sunset every night. Highly recommend!!

This property is just as described, met every need, and exceeded every expectation! We only used the Bahama Street property for sleeping, and everyone gathered at the Duval Street property. Next time I think we will use the Bahama Street property for a dinner or two to take advantage of the kitchen opening to the pool. The Duval Street noise was only an issue one night, and with the white noise machine provided, it went right away. We enjoyed the music next door, and the doors to the balcony are solid to block out much of the unwanted noise. The roosters were problematic a night or two for the Bahama Street house, but you're in Key West! Parking was hugely convenient as was having the grocery store right there. The owner was there at check in for an orientation and again at check out for any questions or concerns. He was also available during the week if needed, but we did not have any issues.

Great location, but it could use some capital investment (HVAC, bathrooms and furniture)

Houses were very clean, and other than some initial HVAC challenges (3rd story unit at Guesthouse would not stay on and and 2nd floor unit leaked extensively the first two days, each when set at 72) everything worked well. All bathrooms need updating (mold on tile and vent areas in most and the 2nd floor Penthouse shower unit looks like it leaks into the living room ceiling — been repaired previously and needed to be again when we were leaving). The outside patio table shows it seats 8 in the photos, but it does not (perhaps its missing a leaf as it seats 6 max) and was not usable because of a chunk of it being missing rendering it unstable. A couple of the outside table chairs, were also unstable and not usable. Net/net its a nice place and served our needs, but with the HVAC and outside furniture challenges, I am glad that we were just friends and family and it was not rented as a cop orate type event.

Duval Gem!

We stayed in both houses with our extended family. Location is excellent! Right in the heart of Duval. Walking distance to everything. Both houses were clean and well stocked. We appreciated having all the appliances and comforts of home on vacation. Pools are small, but the kids enjoyed them. Owner was incredibly responsive during our entire stay. It was wonderful to have the parking spaces at the house for the golf cart we rented for the week. Definitely would return if we decide to revisit Key West in the future!

Wonderful Property & Location in Downtown Key West

This property worked perfectly for our 11 person family group ranging in age from the 20s to 60s. First of all, the location is fantastic, about equidistant on Duval Street between the port area and the southernmost point area, with numerous excellent restaurants, bars and cafes to be found within 2 blocks in every direction. The beach was also an easy walk. It was the first time in Key West for all of us, and I can't think of a better location for sampling the city. Our host Mark was helpful in giving us local information and made himself available without being at all intrusive. The layout of the two adjacent properties worked well for us -- the penthouse, with a comfortable living room, was our main center of activity, and the guesthouse provided a quiet second space to relax. Most of us had en suite bathrooms, and the accommodations were comfortable for everyone. The pools were well heated and provided us with hours of soaking time while sipping beers and cocktails. Overall, this is a wonderful, comfortable property in a super location at the center of it all in Key West.

WALK TO EVERYTHING

The location is ideal for walking to just about all the major sightseeing points of interest even including a very nice beach. Good restaurants are also near by as well as many shops and groceries. The guest house and penthouse accommodations were very comfortable for our family of 12.

Fantastic Key West Property

We rented the full location for a group of 10; great location; great bedroom/bathroom ratio; we had mixed ages so we walked everywhere and felt very safe even when we divided up late at night; would highly recommend!
