Disfrute de una de las maravillosas casas históricas de Old Town con piscina privada y jacuzzi. Casa Rosa, una de las setenta y cinco casas estilo "ceja" restantes en Key West. We had a wonderful stay and it was a lovely 19th century home but fixed up and very clean. Four large bedrooms, but there was noise from the Simonton Road at night as expected especially for the front bedroom. The parking space was adequate for a six passenger golf cart, That was nice to have as parking on the street would be very difficult. more lighting around the pool would be appreciated and a plug for the bathtub. It has a historic front door with a deadbolt, but some would consider it less than totally secure and a working latch on the front bedroom door would be a good idea. But overall, we loved our stay here and the living room is absolutely lovely and one of a kind in Key West rentals with it high high ceiling. Yes separate apartment upstairs but not included in the rental.

Location! Location! Location!

We had such an enjoyable week in Key West and this property was such a great home base for the vacation! Such an amazing location to all that Key West has to offer. It was easy to hop on our rental bikes and get anywhere. And after a hot day out in Key West, the home had the BEST air-conditioning and swimming pool! We spent a lot of time as a family enjoying the pool morning, noon, and night. Family room and dining room was spacious for gathering. Kitchen had everything we would need to plan meals at home. Mary was easy accessible with any questions or needs we may have had. We were sad to leave after our amazing family vacation in Key West but we would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Dolphin Vacations!

Amazing

This is an amazing old historical house, beautiful red bifold doors. Four amazing bedrooms 4 bathrooms,, Jacuzzi, pool, laundry room. Huge kitchen. One street from Duval St. We are repeat customers, we love this house !! Very Clean!!!! Talk to Mary from Dolphin vacation She is Awesome!!!!

We’d give 10 stars across the board if we could! Fabulous, spacious, clean, well-equipped home with private pool and hot tub and a parking space. Allowed for two families (7 adults) to spread out and relax. Property owner/manager were super responsive and helpful. Check in and out were painless and simple. Location is perfection for all Key West has to offer. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Casa Rosa!

Great location in Old Town

We had a pleasant stay at Casa Rosa. The location was very close to Old Town attractions and Duvall street. While parking is a barrier, we found the Key West bus transit very easy to navigate. The property could use a deep clean but the managers were always responsive and helpful.

Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect.The location was ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. The host, Mary, was fantastic, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. Loved being walking distance to Mallory Square and Duval Street. The privacy in the backyard was great. Some furniture on the porch would be nice to sit and watch all the action of Key West.

Great property with neat history and excellent location - walkable to almost any area including Mallory Square, Duval & Bahama Village - Lists 4 bedroom but the 4th is cute and small so could be good for a child but not another couple ! ;) The pool and hot tub were clean and a lovely way to start or end a day ! We’d love to come back !

Friends Week

The house is in a nice area, walking distance to about everything you need. The house itself is really nice and for the most part well kept. The "small" bedroom off of the kitchen could use some help! 1: The government building outside the windows has 4 big LED flood lights on all night. And there was only lace drapes, no way to black out the light. The shower head in that bathroom sprayed water every were, even onto the mirror if we didn't drape a wash rag over it. At certain times you would foul sewer odors. Some of it coming in through the air conditioner, I believe. There were no chairs or furniture for the front porch, which would be a great place to have coffee and/or cocktails and people watch. They did bring us two chairs on Monday. All and all a pretty nice place!

Christmas in Key West

We had a wonderful time at Casa Rosa. The house easily accommodated our 5 family members. We had plenty of room to eat together, and hang out when we wanted, and plenty of space if we didn't. The location can't be beat. We could walk to just about everything, including a well-stocked small grocery store. We loved having a pool and a hot tub after long days being out and about. The thing that really stood out for me was the outstanding customer service. Mary, was always available, responded quickly by text through the app, and always called back. She was full of helpful information, not only about the property but also about what to explore and see in the area. I would highly recommend Casa Rosa or any property managed by this company.

Wonderful Place, Great Location

Stayed twice and have another trip booked already. Looking forward to going back. It's clean and very well appointed. It compares favorably to any similar rental. It is within very easy walking distance to all the attractions on Duvall. The pool and back yard are a perfect place to relax in privacy from the street and cool off on hot days. As other reviews state the area can be noisy in the mornings with vehicle and foot traffic on the street which is a bit of a trade off for the location. Falling asleep is never a problem after an evening on Duvall but waking up earlier than planned is not unusual. As stated in the description the fourth bedroom is more of a space that compliments the master bedroom. It is clean and comfortable but the room is not much bigger than the bed with very little storage space so manage expectations accordingly. The exit from this room is either through the master bedroom or through its own associated bathroom. If the people here are close with those staying in the master to share storage, like kids its not much of an issue. The parking space is very tight for all but the smallest vehicles. Anything long would block the sidewalk and almost certainly draw a ticket. For what its worth a car in Key West is a burden no matter where you are. It is perfect for scooters which we always rent to make the entire island and most of Stock Island accessible. As a bonus we discovered that renting from Sunshine Scooters, 1 block away, comes with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport as well as free luggage storage if your early departure does not match your flight plans.

Family vacation

We were pleased that everything was on the first floor. From the pictures we assumed it was two stories which would have been harder with the kids. Visited many local sites and restaurants. It was hotter than expected so we used the pool a lot. Location was in close proximity to everything we visited.

Adult Mental Health Vacation

Property was in prime location. Very walkable. Beds comfortable and no problems sleeping even though it is located on what I would call a popular street. Pool was utilized everyday. House had hand soap in every bathroom along with dish soap and dishwasher detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels for the week long stay. Something I've found that is not offered much anymore. Communication with the host was easy and they were alway prompt to respond. Only downfall could be parking, but you are in a main area. It wasn't an issue for us. We are all rested and ready to go back to reality. Would definitely book again!

The property was really cute and the location was perfect. The noise is a lot being downtown so it’s one of the trade offs you have to make for the location that is easily within walking distance of the fun!

Perfect Location

We loved staying at Casa Rosa! The location was exactly what we were hoping for - within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. There is one very small parking spot available (a small car might fit), but we were able to find parking within a few blocks - most spots are clearly marked as pay-to-park, residential permit, etc, but there are spots available for you to park for a couple of days. We moved our Tahoe every three days just to be safe and had no problems finding spots. Unloading was a bit of a challenge the first day, but nothing unreasonable. The house itself was wonderful, with plenty of room for the six of us and at the end of the day, the pool was a welcome place to unwind. There is a small beach three blocks away that was great for our group. Mary was very responsive to any questions we had and we would most definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location

We enjoyed the property very much. It was so convenient for all old town activities. Mary did an excellent job welcoming us. Parking should not be listed as an amenity for this property. The parking space is only large enough to park a golf cart or a few bicycles. So had to pay $40/ day to park 6 blocks away.
