The kitchen features white cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the kitchen counter and at a dining room table that seats six. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.

Parking, Elevator and cleanliness

Parking is terrible, elevator situation is worse. Cleanliness of property wasn’t terrible but could have been better. Dishes in cabinets weren’t clean and the coffee pot was gross. We had to clean both. Balcony view is wonderful. Walking distance to shops and food is great! We enjoyed our stay. Our stay was October 7-11

Jaclynn, I wish you had address these concerns with me as soon as you come across any issues with the condo. I give all my guests my direct cell numbers, and I live 5 minutes from the condo. Our goal is to make every guest stay a great one, and we could have indeed addressed the things within our power.

We love the cleanliness of the unit. Beds were comfort. Smart floor plans. Ideal balcony location that has both the beach and pool view. This makes it easy to keep on eye on older kids that can be semi left alone at the pool. The location is very convenient— Walmart is within walking distance, all beach activities such as jet ski or parasailing are steps from the building. We absolutely adore Kelly our wonderful host. She definitely is super helpful! Elevator is crowded— probably the same with other properties.

Fun Family Vacation

The property is way bigger than I expected. The condo was nice and clean. This is a popular place to be so I would expect some delays on the elevator, especially if you are in the peak season. There were two small let downs to the condo itself but not a deal breaker by any means. 1) I was shocked that a walkway was behind the master room. I would hear people talking late into the night and looked out the window and it was because of the walkway to other condos. 2) One of the bedrooms didn't have any windows. 3) The wifi struggled as well. I had issues staying connected sitting right beside the router while I worked. As I said before, not a deal breaker because the place overall was good. The only other thing is don't expect to eat anywhere within walking distance after 7pm that isn't a hamburger. We didn't realize that the restaurants near by were all burger places and the only one that wasn't had a wait of over 2 hours. We would definitely stay here again as there was something for every age group and the area was a safe one.

Elevator and parking garage

The elevator situation is horrible!!!!! 2 out of 4 elevators did not work for 23 floors. The parking garage is very tight. If you have a full sized suv or truck, you will have a problem parking. Condo was nice. Manager of property was great. The garage and elevators will be the reason I don’t go back to this location.

Nice stay

As advertised. Few minor issues as usual in a rental. One lamp not working, refridgerator light not working, broken table on balcony, etc. Very crowded. Nice pool, but quite a race to the chairs in the morning. Full in five minutes. Parking deck is stupidly tight. We could not use the assigned spot with our SUV. Other reviews complain about elevators, but they were fine. Would only go in off season next time.

Great for teens and parents of teens!

We wanted a vacation where our teens could enjoy their vacation, have a little freedom and entertain themselves so we could have some down time to relax! This property checked all our boxes as the teens could stay safe on property to meet and hang with others their age. We loved the live music by the pool while our youngest had a night swim. There were lots of people and elevator waits were long, but we were not bothered by this because everyone was having a great time.

1322 Shores of Panama

We could not have been happier with the room. We were a party of 9 and there was plenty of room for more. The only drawback was the elevator wait times and parking.

Too busy for us

700 units in one complex meant the beach was extremely overcrowded. Literally every inch of sand was taken. I’ve never seen anything like it. Add to that we had no hot water for the first 3 days and it was not the relaxing and comfortable vacation I’d hoped for. On the plus side, the condo is nice and exactly as advertised, the owner is extremely nice and very communicative.

Walmart is across the street, and Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is next door. There are many restaurants and things to do like putt-putt, arcades, go-karts, shopping, bars, golfing, and Ripley's Believe it or not museum and WonderWorks. Pier Park, Dolphin Tours, Sunset Cruises, Fishing Charters, Shell Island, and St. Andrews State Park are a short drive away. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!
