Beach and Racquet B109 is a first-floor bay view condo, located just a few steps from the pool and beach on the North end of Tybee Island. This cozy condo has all you need to enjoy a beach vacation on Tybee Island's north shore. The open-plan living area looks out to the covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River just beyond the natural dunes. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. Guests will also enjoy a furnished private balcony, where you will enjoy watching ships and shrimp boats pass you by. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. It is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
