Wedding weekend

We came for a family wedding and had a great time. The place was near to where the event was and we had no trouble parking.at the house. There was room for everyone and space for privacy when needed. It was good to have an outdoor area for more space.

Amazing

First, the check in process was extremely easy. After arriving earlier than anticipated, our host allowed us to check in a little early… Once we arrived to the house, I must say we were amazed with layout and comfortability. We also loved the character the house gave… Having the gazebo in the back was amazing as we used it on a daily… the sleeping arrangements where very accommodating and beds comfortable…I would definitely recommend this listing to everyone…

Bayou Big Fun

We checked in on Thanksgiving and the process was seamless. The property was as advertised, very clean, neat and easy access driveway. The only surprise was the ceiling height (right at 6 ft). Even with a lower ceiling, the property was exceptional and we would definitely stay again!

Family getaway

Beautiful Place, Less than Beautiful Neighborhood

The space itself was very nice and clean. To say there is cable is not quite accurate. There were like 10 channels. And if you’re going to provide a movie room, please provide a way to watch one. Outside was covered in trash and the people staying upstairs blocked us in the drive way every night.

My Stay

The neighborhood was not the greatest because of the crack heads that constantly roamed the streets. However, they did not bother us. Not far from all the happenings so I loved that. The house was clean even though the back bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I would suggest putting end tables in the bedroom toward the back to keep from putting belongings on the floor. I would also suggest hanging hooks in the bedroom to hang bags. Update the pots and pans asap. With all that being said, we still had a great time. If you are 6 feet tall to taller, don't book this property. Ceilings are very low.

10/10 Place! DEFINITELY recommend.

This place is such an amazing stay, I would book it again the next time I come to NOLA. The communication with the host was perfect, anything we needed, she answered extremely quickly! The space itself is perfect for a smaller group. It was five of us ladies, and we didn't have any issue with spacing. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to EVERYTHING we had planned for our stay. Each Uber was never more than $15. Every appliance worked in the house, and it was extremely clean. The only thing that concerned me was that there were a lot of gnats in the property, as soon as we walked in. This could have been the aftermath of previous guests, because again, the property was spotless upon entering. I let the host know about this, and she was so accommodating with helping us get the right cleaning supplies. I would definitely recommend this stay & I would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Nice property, excellent communication

I enjoyed this property a lot. We stayed here for a bachelor party with ten guys and everything looked like it did in the pictures. The ceilings are 7 feet tall so that is something to keep in mind. Rochelle was excellent to contact for all my questions. She responded right away every time. We stayed here during Final 4 weekend and even then Bourbon Street was always less than a ten minute Uber ride. The only part I'm not sure about is how nice of a neighborhood Mid-City is. The property is on a main road so I never felt unsafe, and there is a a good alarm and lock system. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
