Esta hermosa casa dúplex de dos pisos está a pasos del Audubon Park y del zoológico. Tome una caminata corta de 6 cuadras para tomar un paseo en nuestro mundialmente famoso tranvía. El tranvía es una manera práctica y pintoresca de visitar muchas atracciones de Nueva Orleans, incluyendo recorridos a pie por Garden District, cementerios, tiendas Magazine Street, Bourbon Street, Audubon Park , Tulane / Loyola University, CBD, restaurantes, etc.
Ubicación incomparable!

Audubon Park Retreat no está recomendado para familias con niños pequeños o bebés. No ofrecemos una cuna y la casa no es a prueba de bebés. Hay una piscina en la parte trasera que puede ser peligrosa para los niños. No hay guardia de vida en servicio. Nade bajo su propio riesgo.

Wonderful stay at Audubon Park Retreat. We were only 5 minutes from my son’s dorm at Loyola for move in day! Convenient location for restaurants and groceries and I live to proximity to the Park where I walked everyday. Absolutely loved the pool surrounded by the beautiful garden. Beds are very comfortable and we especially appreciated all the little extra amenities. We will definitely be returning.

This house is beyond amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with snacks, cooking oils, seasonings and so much more. There is so much attention to every detail of decoration and the welcoming of each room. Marta was so kind chatting with us and sharing some great places to explore and eat. The pool was heavenly and all the plants made for a relaxing time.

If you're looking for classic New Orleans, this is the spot. The home and neighborhood has tons of NOLA charm! The bedrooms are large with comfy mattresses and bedding. The downstairs living area was plenty roomy for our family! Having a pool in July was the icing on the cake -- perfect for taking a plunge after a nice walk around Audubon Park!! Great uptown location!

Beautiful and spacious home

This is by far the best Vrbo experience we’ve ever had! Home was large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The pool was so much fun and was perfect for a day of relaxation. Location was great for a Tulane event. Mike and Marta are so kind and gracious.

Lovely place

We were in New Orleans to visit family and stayed at this lovely place. The uptown location was perfect for us and we got to enjoy the easy walk to Audubon park. The patio and pool were perfect for relaxing after busy days out and about.

A perfect NOLA retreat

The property is gorgeous from top to bottom! The refinished hardwood floors add an air of class and sophistication. The home was impeccably clean. The owner is lovely and beyond hospitable (her garden is gorgeous). I will be returning to the city soon and hope to stay again in this perfect abode. The location can’t be beat! Two short blocks from Audubon Park, near both Loyola and Tulane, Audubon Zoo, Camellia Grill - with a short trip we were able to get to the CBD and French Quarter while relaxing away from all the wonderful chaos. Thank you, Ms. Martha for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Spring getaway

The home has great access to Audubon Park, Tulane and the street car. We enjoyed drinking a glass of wine by the pool in the evening. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and the owner, Marta is lovely.

Superhost rating MORE than deserved!

This is the BEST property I've stayed in using VRBO--hands now. Super clean. Quality everything, including linens and beds. Generously sized even for a group of 6 (we had 5). Well-appointed from bathroom supplies to kitchen items to bug spray! If you love Uptown NOLA, the location is perfect. Easy walk to the park and several restaurants. Easy walk to streetcar stop. Generally accessible to most areas in the city. You will want for nothing here. Host is super responsive and SOOOO friendly and might surprise you with some local treats! Make sure to start and end all of your days rocking on that front porch. We will be back!!!!

Great time!

House was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Off street parking & laundry facilities were a plus. There’s a LOT of road construction going on in the neighborhood, that was only downer.

One of the best ever experiences ever with VRBO

The communication was super helpful but never intrusive, the property was stunning with lots of extras (Mardi gras décor, 2 bottles of wine, coffee, ECT.) You could tell the host is passionate about her city and eager to have her guests get the most out of their time here. My mom looked up and purchased several of the coffee table books on AbeBooks! We loved this property so much. Between walks in Audubon Park and time lounging at the pool, we always had something to do between meals. I really hope we can make it back here for our next family get together.

A Great Home Base for the Zoo, Aquarium and the French Quarter

Property was a very nice surprise as a home base for our short visit to New Orleans. A big value was the traditional front porch with rockers and swing. The living areas were appropriately furnished and we were very happy with the round dining room table for our family meals. The kitchen was well furnished. Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were very adequate for our group and it felt like we were home. The weather was too cool for the swimming pool but maybe next time! Off street parking was a plus as was the friendliness of the neighbors.

Audubon Retreat

We had a perfect stay. Our hosts went out of their way to make everything wonderful for us. We are so appreciative of all of their efforts. The house is very comfortable for a family of six. We felt right at home and loved the front porch. The neighborhood and proximity to the park are ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay amazing!

Well managed property with relaxing pool area

Freshly decorated, comfortably furnished, classic New Orleans style. Backyard is a lovely pool retreat for quiet relaxation. You do hear trains whistles at night, which I think is true for any property in this part of the city. Property manager was responsive and cleaning requirements easy and reasonable.

Great location

We stayed here while in town for Taylor Swift’s Eras tour. The property was clean and welcoming. Great, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to the trolley. Good access to the zoo, park and French Quarter. Would highly recommend for a family trip!
