At Big Fish Rentals... Beautiful, 3-bedroom, recently remodeled condo at Dunes Village Resort. Once you enter through the entryway, you will see the washer/dryer in the condo, and then you proceed down the hallway to both the guest bedrooms (each having 2 queen beds and smart TVs). Then proceed to the kitchen and dining room, where you will find a full kitchen/bar area and then the dining room enough seating for the whole family. Proceeding to the living room, you will see an amazing view of the ocean. The main bedroom also has great views of the ocean and its own private bath with jetted tub. Smart TV's through this condo and recently remodeled with new flooring and decor make this condo unique to Dunes Village. Amazing ocean views from the balcony are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. There are a total of four queen beds, one king bed, and one sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 12. Enjoy an array of amazing onsite amenities including in/outdoor pools, indoor water slides, kiddie pools, lazy river, hot tubs, sauna and fitness room, onsite restaurant/lounge that serves three meals, poolside Tiki bar, and Starbucks Coffee shop.

30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility including a 250 feet long Lazy River, Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-sized water slides, and a children's pool and game room with pool tables and other games.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI.

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach. 7 miles to the airport, 5 miles to the Family Kingdom, and 2 miles from Myrtlewood Golf Course. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This beachfront condo features 1 King Bed, 4 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, two bathrooms, full-sized appliances, kitchen table. This beachfront condo sleeps 12. Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private direct oceanfront balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean.

Note: You will not have access to the valet service at the resort.

Note: - **Palmetto Tower** (North Tower with small slides) will be closed from **December 11th to December 14th**. Similarly, the entire indoor area for this tower will be closed for the first day or two of this timeframe.

This was our 5th time staying at Dunes Village. Room was a bit dirty apon arrival. Sticky spills on kitchen floors, bathrooms and toiletpaper rolls had stuff all over them. Kitchen wasn't equipped for full cooking like we have been used to prior years. Apon arrival. Hotsl had it posted the

Family Vacation

Very clean and nice place to stay. Lots of activities and very close to the beach. There were a few things in need of repair, but that didn’t in any way cause is from having a great vacation. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

Spring Break success

My family stayed in North Myrtle Beach for Spring Break so the high school senior could be near friends. Our condo was in the perfect location and was exactly as described. We enjoyed the stay very much and had an excellent time!

Great stay!

The room was great! It could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t enough to complain about. The kids loved the water parks and we loved the restaurant and tiki bar on the property. We will definitely be revisiting this location!

Great for family!

This is a great family vacation rental. Julie the host was very responsive. The rooms were very roomy, clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We didn’t have to bring anything to the resort it literally had everything you needed. The kids enjoyed the indoor water park and all the other amenities the resort offers. Food was great from the restaurant in the resort, will definitely return.

Family Beach Vacation!

Beach front condo! 3mrhis property had 3 bedrooms and very comfortably could sleep 10 people! We had 6 and had a Ton of room! The balcony had a beautiful beach view and the bedrooms and bed were clean and comfortable! The resort itself was really neat with slides, Lazy river, pools and pool bar! Starbucks downstairs and breakfast buffet as well. We would return!

Impressed overall with our stay. We were greeted with a welcome email when we arrived that asked if we had any issues I mentioned the sink not draining correctly and they sent someone right over to address it promptly. Beds were comfy. Property was nice. Needing key cards to get through everywhere is kinda annoying but not really the condos fault just the place itself. The pools and slides were amazing. Overall great stay!

Excellent Resort, lots to do.

The condo was nice. Normal wear and tear on sofas, tables, etc. The microwave had major damage, but they were aware and it still worked. The primary bedroom bed was sunken in the middle. My husband and I literally rolled in the middle all night. the accommodations were good. The three bedrooms allowed us to spread out. The resort had lots of nice amenities to enjoy. The additional checkin process beyond VRBO was a bit of a pain. They did it to protect the renter, but it seemed excessive. Additional rental agreements, photos of ids, cc, and even selfie with signature. It was a very different experience.

Overall everything was good, but the floor wasn’t very clean. Our feet got black just from walking on it. Also, there was a foul smell coming from the dishwasher when we opened it.

I had the worst stay ever

The place was dirty I had to clean up found other people’s under garments and also the tub shower and water wasn’t working correctly I had the worse stay ever and they don’t like to accommodate you for your stay or anything

Needs updating

The condo needs to be updated. The couches in the living room were stained and worn down. The bath tub in the master bathroom has turned a different color and the paint they used to redo the bath tub has started to peel off. The sheets on the beds are very thin. Overall the condo needs to be severely updated but the location was perfect and overall the resort was nice it had plenty of amenities such as 4 water slides and 2 lazy rivers total.

Filthy condo

Too much to put in this review. We walked in and the smell was gross. Very dirty condo…the floors were disgusting, table had food on it still, trash on top of fridge, thread bare towels. Couldn’t sit on furniture. It was so dirty and smelled awful. This condo gives VRBO a bad name.

Condo is not clean/management company unresponsive

Hello, we booked this stay last minute. While the overall property is fine, the condo was was not clean. There was caked on food on the dining table, furniture was heavily stained, there was a old cooking fire incident that has discolored the walk near the stovetop, the condo had old pets toys on the floor, old socks and makeup under the furniture, staining on the glass sliding doors. In addition, the furniture in the condo is shabby and everything is old, faded, and stained. We altered the management company immediately upon check in and asked for a refund for the cleaning fee. I allowed over a week for the company to answer with a follow up and we received no resolution. I do not recommend you book this property.

Great Unit!

This was by far the nicest unit we’ve ever stayed in at Dunes Village. I loved the vinyl flooring, so much easier and cleaner than carpet. And the decor was modern and chic.

Family enjoyed their stay

The room was nice & had plenty of room for all of us. The floors could have been cleaned better before we checked in. The pool water was cloudy & seemed like it needed to be kept up.

Great For Kids!

Overall, we had a great time! We had 4 adults, 4 children from 2-5, and an infant with us. That being said we were never short of things to do and the kids never said they were bored. Great vacation for the kids. Only issue is that getting in contact with the property manger was extremely difficult.

What gorgeous, recently remodeled 3 Bedroom condo in Dunes Village Resort. This unit has been remodeled and updated. Dunes Village Resort offers so many fun activities and amenities for guests. Featuring a 30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility. This is a truly great resort and convenient to the beach and the indoor waterpark is AMAZING.
