Located at the entrance to the village of Fourmagnac (130 inhabitants), 1 km from the D840, our independent cottage is ideal for a couple or a family of 4 people (including 2 children):
* Terrace equipped for your outdoor dining
* Private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.30 m), reserved only for tenants
* Large wooded plot of 1200 m², fully enclosed, perfect for children and your four-legged friends

The house consists of two levels:
* on the first floor, a friendly and fully equipped living room
* On the first floor, two adjoining bedrooms, accessible by an internal staircase (steep) or directly from the outside.
