Home was clean and as described, loved the big windows in the queen bedroom, however one of the blinds was broken but nothing to shake a stick at. Love that the kitchen had a gas stove. The pool does require a separate code to access it so just make sure to get that code from the host if you would like to access it. Either way, had a lovely time and would absolutely book again.

Was there on business and all the accommodations were perfect!Great place. Very conveniently located to walk anywhere down town. Would recommend to anyone. Only complaint was the shower experience made me want to stay in too long… lol

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was beautiful and perfect fit our needs. Close enought to walk to the aquarium and restaurants, although do wear comfortable walking shoes. The host is quick to respond and very pleasant.

The condo building is rundown and not in great shape. Elevators are noisy and a bit sketch. The entire building smells like weed including at various times the room smells like it. Other than that, the room is just fine. Clean and nice kitchen. Host is fairly quick to respond if something is needed.

Building looks nice from a distance, however the photos are misleading. The building is in disrepair and there are lots of strange smells in the elevator and hallways. The unit itself was fine, but the odors permeated into the room. There are AC units in the bedrooms but not in the living room/kitchen space. The towels had small stains and there was hair stuck to the sheets when we arrived. Otherwise the apartment suited our needs, the beds were comfortable, having a kitchen was convenient, and there was lots of couch space.

Description was accurate. The building is very old and has odd smells. Seemed as if one of the neighbors smoked because the smell would come and go. It is walkable to a few very good restaurants. Overall it suited our needs.

Great place for family!

Loved this rental! Traveled with 2 teens and a tween. Very clean, and we had plenty of space. It had easy access to everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. Kids enjoyed the pool. Parents really appreciated the well stocked kitchen! Also we liked the layout of the apartment with good separation between the 2 bedrooms.

Great Place

The building just switched security systems so there was a little difference between instructions and what was at the building but it was all resolved very quickly and everything was great. Walking distance to Aquarium and World of Coke was a great perk of staying here along with many great restaurants. And if you need a late night treat Stoners Pizza has you covered!!

Atlanta fun

The condo was very clean and super convenient to many popular attractions in Atlanta. There is plenty of space in the condo and it was easy to locate - with parking included! The only thing to know is that the A/C is very old and not very efficient. There are fans in every room - but the humidity was high. Overall, a great stay and I would stay there again.

Kate was wonderful through the whole process and the property was exactly as she described it to be. We were there for The Cure concert and it was a 5 minute drive. Neat unit in an older building

Stayed with 2 friends to watch a couple of ATL Braves games. The only issue was the cleanliness of the unit - it didn’t get cleaned prior to our arrival. The building but this unit is updated.

Overwhelming tobacco smell at all hours

The unit itself was very nice, modern, well-equipped and maintained. The issue was overwhelming tobacco smell at all times. Especially in the bathroom (I am assuming from the air vent) and honestly all other rooms as well. Not sure there’s anything the property owner/manager can do when the neighbors and hallways are full of smoke. If you are sensitive to smoke, or have asthma, etc, I would not recommend this building or unit.

This unit is very close to the large conference hotels; about a 4 minute walk to the Hilton. The building is older and in need of some repairs but the unit itself is in great shape with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. All the furniture was new in good shape and Beds were very comfortable. Unit was clean All the appliances were in great working condition plenty of dishes spoons forks cooking knives and utensils etc. no real cooking ingredients if you want to cook in the unit though only salt pepper and sugar we're in unit. Lots of restaurants nearby in quick walking distance. The air conditioning was struggling to keep up so that needs to be looked into. Otherwise this was a nice stay.

Great place for the price

While I know the host is not responsible for the maintenance of the entire property, guest should be made aware of the condition of the Landmark building. It is in of major renovations. There is also no air in the hallway instead there are dehumidifiers placed at the elevator. Thankfully our unit was just as described. The rooms are cozy, although the bathroom is tiny, the shower was great, just like a spa shower. Kate was responsive when I reached out to her. There are air conditioners in each room which are a little loud when trying to fall asleep. The condo is located with restaurants in walking distance which was a plus. Overall not a bad place to stay at all.

MoldBuilding has a city sign declaring it an unsafe structure. The bedroom by the kitchen smells bad, the owner runs a filter unit in each room . I thought the smell was cigarettes smoke or something and let her know about it but then all of us had headaches, I had asthma really bad, and my throat burned, my son coughed all that first night. The next day the neighbor had their door open and was coughing and we noticed that the neighboring unit’s ceiling and walls are covered in mold (which I’m allergic to). It clicked that what I was smelling was mold.We left and paid for lodging elsewhere at that point. Owner said they would refund unused portion of the stay but didn’t. She only refunded 1/4 and claimed service fees and taxes were not her problem. Building is in rough condition - one of the elevators don’t work, and the building carpets are stained and in rough shape. Room looks nice but this is not a safe place to stay in my opinion.

I am sorry but there was no small in house. There is no filter infact those are portable air condition so that some guests complaint very hot can use portable ac. This house is renovated 2 years back and no one has complained mold. Your complaint was smell coming from next door and you knew that there was no smell on first day and second day you start complaining about smell.If it would have mold then it would have come first day infact you when you enter you could feel. Why would i give anyone house with mold.I want people enjoy the location on 21st floor. I have Maintenece team tested even after you left that there is no mold

The apartment was exactly as advertised. One of the big things that we needed was handicap accessibility. This place had it. A couple work arounds we had to implement (To save you if you need them from learning the hard way) The location is in a high rise. The parking spot is in the back with stairs up. After the first time parking, we pulled up front and dropped off our handicap party member at the front door. There is a wheelchair ramp that is easy to use and they rolled right in after using the code to get in. If you are handicapped and driving, there is a bit of an uphill walk to get to the handicapped accessible entrance. The apartment is on the 21st floor but the elevator is easy to use and has a short wait. The apartment has a good layout and we put our handicap member in the 2nd bedroom with the bigger bed. They were able to get in and out of the bed easily, there was plenty of room for their rollator. The bathroom was right next to the bedroom so it was perfect. The shower was easy to access as well. There is a very fancy shower with all kinds of different ways to get water for a shower. That was pretty cool. Also the bathroom mirror has a light around it that you can turn on and off that was also pretty cool. The apartment itself is well appointed, the beds are very comfortable and I really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. And the location is perfect and close to everything downtown.

NO SMOKING, NO VAPING inside the building. If smoking found you will be fined at least $250.
Guests NOT included in the reservation are NOT allowed to stay in the condo overnight.
No parties allowed in the house.
1. There is no camera inside Apt.
2. There is camera set by HOA on each floor in the hall way .
3. There are camera in the lobby and common area in the building.
4. There is security system at the entrance of building ( butterflyMx) which open the door only when guest has the code to open the building door. That code will be provided to guest by host.

Check out time is 11am. Late check out need to be discussed with host and be agreed upon. Unauthorized late check out will result extra service fee and cleaning fee of at least $300.


NO PET in the building unless service pet with documentation. Unauthorized pet will result in fine around $600.

This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.

The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk.
