Villa Georgette is located in the seaside resort of Merville-Franceville-Plage, near Cabourg and Houlgate. Situated 500 meters from the beach, in a quiet cul-de-sac, it combines the charm of an old house with the comfort of a recently renovated home.

The villa consists of a main house and a separate guest house. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with its 6 bedrooms (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the guest house). The property is ideal for two families, with its two completely separate living areas.

The 600 m² landscaped garden features a large south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind. Spacious outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy lunch outside. A rooftop terrace above the main house offers breathtaking views of the resort. Deck chairs, patio furniture, and a barbecue are at your disposal, as well as 9 new hybrid bikes (3 size S, 3 size M, 3 size L), 2 skateboards, 2 scooters, and outdoor games (badminton with rackets and shuttlecocks, Molky game).

All shops are within walking distance of the house. There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area (accessible on foot or by bike from the house): golf, kitesurfing, tennis, horseback riding, a skate park, mini-golf, and a children’s pool.

Located 6 km from Cabourg and 20 km from Caen, the villa is just a stone’s throw from the D-Day beaches (Sword, Gold, Juno). Within a 40-kilometer radius, you’ll find Bayeux, the castles of Crève Coeur and Canon (which host medieval festivals in the summer), and the beautiful, traditional villages of the Pays d’Auge (notably Beuvron-en-Auge).
